I've been testing Tithe Taker in my build, and it's been great. My gameplan with the deck is to use the inevitability of eventually getting Emeria online, using the creatures and whatnot as just speedbumps and disruption against the opponent to live long enough to get Emeria online. Tithe Taker does just that, in forcing the opponent to play around being able to fetch and cast spells on my turn, and chumping twice. I'm still not particularly happy with the deck, and feel that more needs to be done in order to make it more efficient, but I do feel that Tithe Taker goes a long way towards achieving that goal.
So, Smuggler's Copter is still super awesome. Upped the count to 4. Wall of Omens was less than impressive with the Copter, so took those out for Inquisitor Exarch. My new list:
That's a good idea on Nevermore I'll have to try to pick some up. For Mistveil Plains, yeah, they've worked out for me. Altogether I have 6 etbt lands total, out of 23, so I rarely have a problem there. I usually just play my etbt lands on my first turn if I've drawn any, since I have no turn 1 play otherwise. But I typically use them with Squadron Hawk to have a constant set of blockers, or constant set of cards to loot with Copter.
@gabriel_404, Hi Sure, the list is below. I should mention that I went with a kind of budget list, but it's still been really fun to pilot. I was blown away by how well the Copter worked out.
I'm still short on a sideboard card, not sure of what to put in there. I also know it might seem weird to run Kataki in a deck that runs eight artifacts main, but it seems like it should work out. I haven't had a chance to test the sideboard much, just got cards that I figured might work well
EDIT: Also, is there any way that the title for the thread can be changed? Searching for "Azorius" doesn't work, since it's spelled wrong
I noticed that it's been a few months since anyone mentioned Smuggler's Copter. I've recently added 3 in my monowhite build, and it's been great. It actually provides a clock, and the looting effect has been great, too. It survives sorcery speed removal, gives other creatures psuedo-flying and haste (and makes them 3/3's, in a sense). They've been very good with Squadron Hawks, giving lots of cards to loot to dig.
For the Displacer, I'm tempted to run one Wastes that I can fetch with Pilgrim's Eye. The problem, of course, is figuring out what exactly I'd take out. I really like the interaction between Displacer and Flickerwisp/Sun Titan, though. Mind Stone could also be nice, a little ramp to get Titan out a bit faster, draws cards if need be later on, and can pay for Displacer's ability.
I searched the thread and noticed that no one's brought up Eldrazi Displacer. I imagine it'd be much easier on the manabase to include that than to try to make the deck go three colors, and it's got a ton of value written on it. Thoughts?
I currently run a budget monowhite build of the deck. Haven't tried the Displacers myself, but interested in what others might think.

I don't really have a sideboard yet, I rarely get to play it. It typically seems to do very well, though. The sideboard cards I'm looking at are Aura of Silence, Kor Firewalker, Phyrexian Revoker, Aegis of the Gods, True Believer, Wheel of Sun and Moon, and Spirit of the Labyrinth.
