I'm on still on Court Hussar and Flickerwisp but Spreading Seas has been very lackluster lately so I've cut it for 3x Remorseful Cleric.
Having some form of maindeck GY-hate isn't bad (even after the bannings) and a flying blocker/attacker that can sac' itself (for instance against big lifelink creatures like Wurmcoil Engine/Batterskull) can be useful.
I don't really see a benefit in Oketra over something like a Lyra Dawnbringer to be honest.
The ability is really a win-more and doesn't have any synergy with the rest of the deck, especailly since you aren't going to cast a lot of creatures in the late-game anyway (the deck doesn't pack many of them usually).
If you want an additional finisher then Elspeth, Sun's Champion is usually my go-to option as it takes over games by itself.
I don't like Geist as a maindeck optionas we aren't the beatdown in most of the matchups and it gets stonewalled easily against most decks. Gideon provides the necessary pressure much better while also having other uses like stopping/slowing-down combo decks and fatties while surviving our wraths.
SFM is actaully really good with Queller + Teferi to protect it and Resto to blink it and thats why I suggested it.
Also, the extra flyers you have are good options to carry the equipment.
Have you coonsidered adding Stoneforge Mystic and the equipment package to your version ? It seems to fit it nicely.
I can see it taking the place of Thraben Inspector and Gideon AoZ.
Fact or Fiction is a great card but it is a "UW Control" card and not an Emeria card as you don't really hold mana for counters in this deck (most of the time at least) to be able to cast it.
The deck really gets its card advantage going by reanimating Court Hussar from the GY over and over again with Sun Titan and Emeria.
A decent card advantage engine for the deck can also be Teferi, Hero of Dominaria which I have liked as a 1x-of in the maindeck (and sometimes also a copy in the sideboard).
Why aren't you playing Flickerwisp and Court Hussar ?
They are some of the best creatures in the deck and I never build the deck without them.
I'd also suggest playing more Detention Sphere.
With Prince and Wisp to flicker it I don't think that more than 2x copies of Mystic are really necessary.
I've seen many decks run the full playset of Mystic which seems too much and they don't even have the flicker effects.
On another note beating "Whirza" without Stony Silence in the SB is probably going to be really hard so the matchup seems a bit iffy for the deck.
Maybe replacing the SB Wrath for Nova can help but the plan is basically to board in Sphere and Sculler + Kambal and hope to disrupt them early.
now that Stoneforge Mystic has been unbanned. I'm thinking if we could add a small SFM package to existing versions of our deck without warping things too much. Maybe 3-4 SFM + batterskull and a sword? She could also fetch mortarpod for versions that still use it.
Though I'm rather late I want to share my idea about SFM in Emeria, specifically the version I play that splashes Black for Lingering Souls.
Here it is -
Emeria is a control deck and as such needs to play more interaction imho, without it you can't expect to reach to late-game where the deck excels.
Going too far down the "cute" value/blink plan is something which should be avoided imho as you need to remember there is an opposing deck you need stop on the other side of the table and Emeria isn't exactly a proactive deck that can do its thing and ignore the opponent (i.e "goldfish").
I haven't seen "Whir-Za" in the matchups section and it is a very real deck.
On the other hand all the faithless looting decks are wither dead or are undergoing some big changes.
Namely: "Hollow One" (probably dead), "UR Phoenix" (changing), "Dredge" (much weaker and less consistent but not dead) and "Mardu Pyromancer" (probably much different from what it was and more reliant on: Liliana, Chandra AoF and Seasoned Pyro).
I'm just not sure how good the (overcosted) "Reprisal mode" even is to be worth it and as a tapper he is less efficient than Lawkeeper.
Reclaimer is interesting though you could just go with Primeval Titan to get 2x Emeria as a top-end and it is much better than KotR in the deck anyway.
Talking about tutorable 1-drops Gideon's Lawkeeper (Goldmeadow Harrier) is an option, it is unexciting but can tap down opponent's best creature when necessary
(even an Emrakul if it comes to that).
Regarding the G/W version I have some suggestions: Knight of Autumn is one of the best additions in Green and I'd play it over KotR in the maindeck and even add a 4th one.
It can also free up SB slots as it replaces Qasali Pridemage and Blessed Alliance (lifegain) as well.
You probably need some more maindeck interaction (over some of the creatures and maybe a land) so I's suggest adding 3x Generous Gift or Banishing Light to the maindeck and leaving Dromoka's Command out as it is better in decks with bigger creatures.
It is a great card indeed, I did not expect something like this to get printed but with Knight of Autumn starting this new modal-card trend I guess it was bound to happen sooner or later.

My main issue with it is the it has no real synergy with the flicker effects of Charming Prince and Flickerwisp but I haven't found a better option yet though Phyrexian Revoker (and Watcher for Tomorrow) is still on my list to try out.

Thraben Inspector is a weak card and it is only included in other deck because of Ranger-Captain of Eos.
Other cards which are debatable imho are Resto and Gideon AoZ.
It is not a popular idea but I consider Remorseful Cleric a potential maindeck inclusion.
It also saves slots in the SB as maindeck GY-hate.

Here it is -
4x Wall of Omens
4x Remorseful Cleric
3x Kitchen Finks
3x Blade Splicer
4x Flickerwisp
3x Sun Titan
Planeswalker (3)
2x Gideon of the Trials
1x Gideon Jura
Enchantment (2)
2x Banishing Light
4x Path to Exile
Sorcery (7)
4x Lingering Souls
2x Wrath of God
Land (23)
3x Emeria, the Sky Ruin
4x Marsh Flats
2x Windswept Heath
4x Godless Shrine
3x Field of Ruin
8x Plains
2x Stony Silence
3x Damping Sphere
1x Banishing Light
1x Wrath of God
4x Tidehollow Sculler
1x Kambal, Consul of Allocation
1x Trial of Ambition
1x Kaya, Orzhov Usurper
1x Sorin, Grim Nemesis
To update the deck for Stoneforge I'm going to make the following changes:
MD:
-4x Remorseful Cleric, -3x Kitchen Finks, -1x Blade Splicer, -1x Gideon Jura
+4x Charming Prince, +2x Stoneforge Mystic, +1x Sword of Fire and Ice, +1x Sword of Light and Shadow, +1x Batterskull
SB:
-2x Stony Silence, -1x Trial of Ambition, -1x Kaya, Orzhov Usurper, -1x Sorin, Grim Nemesis
+4x Remorseful Cleric, +1x Sword of Sinew and Steel
I'm still not sure about Blade Splicer in the deck and wonder if I can add something better instead though other 3-drop I looked into didn't seem better.
Here is the list:
Kitchen Finks (Sunscourge Champion), Plaguecrafter, Orzhov Pontiff/Plague Engineer, Vengeful Rebel, Sin Collector, Necrotic Sliver
Brimaz, King of Oreskos, Thalia, Heretic Cathar, Aven Mindcensor, Vesperlark, Militia Bugler.
I'm also unsure if I need to add more artifact/enchantment removal besides the 3x Banishing Light in the 75, especially after taking out Stony Silence.
Maybe some number of Disenchant/Fragmentize or Generous Gift/Anguished Unmaking is worth adding.
The new list going to look like this:
4x Wall of Omens
4x Charming Prince
2x Stoneforge Mystic
2x Blade Splicer
4x Flickerwisp
3x Sun Titan
Artifact (3)
1x Sword of Light and Shadow
1x Sword of Fire and Ice
1x Batterskull
Planeswalker (2)
2x Gideon of the Trials
2x Banishing Light
Instant (4)
4x Path to Exile
Sorcery (7)
4x Lingering Souls
2x Wrath of God
Land (23)
3x Emeria, the Sky Ruin
4x Marsh Flats
2x Windswept Heath
4x Godless Shrine
3x Field of Ruin
8x Plains
4x Remorseful Cleric
4x Tidehollow Sculler
1x Kambal, Consul of Allocation
3x Damping Sphere
1x Sword of Sinew and Steel
1x Banishing Light
1x Wrath of God
Archaeomancer isn't a Modern-playable card and is much worse than Eternal Witness so I'd suggest against it.
Militia Bugler (or Vesperlark/Champion of Wits) wouldn't be too bad, it hits most of your creatures (besides Titan and Wisp).
There is also Cloudkin Seer but it is probably not necessary with Hussar and Watcher/Wall in the deck.
Cards like Image and maybe even Fblthp can work as 1x-ofs but not a playset (or a 3x-of), so maybe some more interactive spells can be added
(On Thin Ice/Winds of Abandon/Generous Gift).
Going too far down the "cute" value/blink plan is something which should be avoided imho as you need to remember there is an opposing deck you need stop on the other side of the table and Emeria isn't exactly a proactive deck that can do its thing and ignore the opponent (i.e "goldfish").

Knight of Autumn is one of the best additions in Green and I'd play it over KotR in the maindeck and even add a 4th one.
It can also free up SB slots as it replaces Qasali Pridemage and Blessed Alliance (lifegain) as well.
In the SB Collector Ouphe is a good option as the creature version of Stony Silence.
Vivien Reid is a good utility PW which can also generate card advantage so I'd probably slot it over the 2nd copy of Elspeth.
Nissa, Vital Force isn't too bad either.
I generally prefer Remorseful Cleric to Tormod's Crypt as GY-hate.
You probably need some more maindeck interaction (over some of the creatures and maybe a land) so I's suggest adding 3x Generous Gift or Banishing Light to the maindeck and leaving Dromoka's Command out as it is better in decks with bigger creatures.
The deck seems a bit heavy on the 3-drops so I'd suggest choosing either Tireless Tracker or Renegade Rallier but not both and add some cheaper cards like Oath of Nissa which is a great cantrip and works well with Flickerwisp and Sun Titan/Renegade Rallier.
I've added 2x to my deck 1/1 main/side and quite like it now that the meta has slowed down.
I'v also moved Remorseful Cleric back to the SB since the GY decks have been nerfed.
Here is my current list:
4x Wall of Omens
3x Lone Missionary
1x Phantasmal Image
4x Flickerwisp
3x Court Hussar
3x Sun Titan
Planeswalker (3)
2x Gideon of the Trials
1x Teferi, Hero of Dominaria

Sorcery (3)
3x Supreme Verdict
Land (24)
3x Emeria, the Sky Ruin
3x Field of Ruin
4x Flooded Strand
4x Hallowed Fountain
3x Prairie Stream
6x Plains
1x Island
1x Pithing Needle
2x Damping Sphere
2x Stony Silence
4x Dovin's Veto
1x Detention Sphere
1x Supreme Verdict
3x Remorseful Cleric
1x Teferi, Hero of Dominaria
1x Elspeth, Sun's Champion
