I am worried about the FoN count, do you have the math on what we would want?
Card advantage to me, is the Ice-Fang, Teferi, and Narset. Granted its lighter than I would like with Tracker for example. Deputy is ok to me, but what do you cut for it? Put them in for the Cleric? That would increase the Blue count, but lowers the GY hate.
May also be time for me to part with the Wolf Run, lets me tweak the mana better for the UU cards, and gives me that sideboard slot.

First major point:
Retreat to Coralhelm
This card is a neccessity for the deck if you wish to compete with the tier 1 decks of the format. Don't lie to yourself and think that without discard or a fast linear start that you can compete with the likes of the top tables. Moreover don't use the excuse that variance is the only thing holding you back when our deck is inherently less powerful with out Retreat. I play 3 and have adjusted my mana base to make sure I can combo a 20 damage Knight of the Reliquary on turn 3.
I completely agree with this, and would never drop under 3. You WANT to be a combo deck Game 1 at the very least.
I'm not sure on dropping CoCo yet, its a house.
I'm still huge on Tracker, 4 KoR/3 Retreat, and 3 Knight of Autumn, but I wouldnt play the deck if it did not have the Turn 3 win potential.
Not sure if anyone else is playing actual Knightfall, I have run into more Value Town and Counters Combo than actual Knightfall, but the old deck still does work.
Have not changed much but went up to 3 Retreat for the improved Turn 3 win odds.
I unpacked and sleeved this up again the other day as my other pet deck is on shaky ground in the meta. This is where I'm planning to go once Knight of Autumn, but I only got 2 matches in last night. (Soulflayer Combo 2-0, BG Aristocrats 2-0) and its been a good while since Ive played it.
Expected meta of Hollow One, KCI, Tron, Humans, Burn and UW the usual, but also a spike of BGx decks (3 Spell Snare).
I havent put it together online yet to really test it, but I have to imagine you are taking a bit more shock damage, as I dont really want a Basic Mountain in the list, but if you did go BBE, I think you would limit Blue to a lot less than I have in my current list.

2. 2 T3feri, 2 Narset, 4 Queller, 4 FoN, 2 Clique.
3. 4 Mana Dorks, 4 Path.
4. Plans B/C of Geist, Govany, and Serra.
Looking at it I think Serra fits really good.

At the very least we have 14 Flyers for Serra's +2, and a Worship Emblem as early as Turn 4 seems borderline OK.
