Episode Summary
I talked with Rhand and TheWabbit - the two advancees - as well as Justplayingitcool and Exalt from Game 2. For the first time ever the post-game results were revealed live on the stream! After that we dug into the game, talking about key moments in the game, where the line goes with regards to aggression, pressure pushes versus analytical pushes, and we got some keen insight from Rhand on what strategies the mafia prepared to ensure the sweep as well as what their backup plans were.

Episode Summary
I talked with reigning champion Beck, DaveDob, ryanyb and shakespeare about forum mafia vs. video mafia vs. browser mafia vs. IRL mafia. Finally, we talked about mafia competitions in general, including the Mafia Championship - can it be improved, does it work well, what is the true purpose and potential behind the Championship? And of course, the guests give us some winner predictions!
Thingyman made a podcast about the championship.
For those of you that are interested in it, I found it a very nice talk.
They talk mostly about the championship itself, but there’s also some interesting mafia theory in there.
Episode 1 (Guests: DWetzel, GeneralHanderchief, Beck and Dels)
Thank you to everyone who tuned in! We had more than a hundred people watching, which is very exciting. I hope to see all of you again next Sunday at 4 PM EST.
Find the episode here. I will also upload it to YouTube later, and see if I can get an audio version out to Spotify, iTunes or something.
Episode Summary
I talked with four former champions - DWetzel, GeneralHankerchief, Beck and Dels - about the Season 7 setup, the game line-ups, winner predictions, the jury system, spectator chat and advice for new players to the series.
Ok I see my name so often and this is probably the only year where I can actually commit, so I guess I’ll take our banner (and get lynched Day one because Bur jinxed it)
I would be interested in seeing Dork or Last in these settings. Is it the strongest player that must play or is it just whoever wants to?
We usually just discuss amongst ourselves who all would be good to send and then see if that person can play.
If I get into a game before the tourism business starts up again, I could actually do it this year. I am having a rough time in fast games though because of being in Europe, so I’m not sure if I would be a good representative.
My job will make it impossible for me to join fast-paced games. But I am honored that I was mentioned
I support everyone on the list, maybe with a slight preference for Shadow.
Thanks DC3
There is also a new podcast for those interested:

This is his post on MU:
What I still need is a backup and a bio.

I indeed don't have the time for fast-paced games. Unless in January-February when there's no cruises going on.
