**The fog grew thicker along the sides of the road but not upon it, the path eventually becoming a sort of foggy tunnel. At one point the duo had heard beautiful music coming from beyond the wall of fog, but assuming they pressed on they would have eventually found themselves back on a busy road to Sylvan.**
**Orin's trip down the great road proved uneventful at first, but soon he and his companions found themselves in an ever thickening fog. Thunder began to resound, and soon after droplets of rain joined it; pitter-pattering against the trio's heads.
It was about this time that Orin stumbled upon a large inn. The sign - a multi-hued protrusion above the door that almost seemed to have been made from a rainbow's worth melted gemstones - bears what must be the place's name:**
**They pass by a group of craftsmen frantically hauling several wagons of materials out of the city but the hurrying duo otherwise find the journey suitably average. The craftsmen, like themselves, do not appear to desire any sort of chit-chat.**
His travels proved largely uneventful, but he did happen upon some interesting herbs as he neared the city of night. More than a few had wilted, but Carter was able to find a single use's worth.

Eizen - "Well. All things considered, this is probably an improvement."
Bark - "Bark!"
Eizen - "Unless it's just a ghost monster bird, of course."
Bark - "Bark!"
**Eizen has the Agate bats land on him and summons another twelve to form a sort of upper body armor. Hopefully, should it indeed be a ghost monster bird/dragon, it will need to phase in its fangs/beak shortly before eating his head.**
