I use a small swiss backpack. Something with enough pockets to hold a few decks, dice, paper, pens, and some random trades or loose cards. Just some lightweight bag that fits you best is the best thing to get. Depends on your body size and type too.
Boogaloos has some great backpacks that are both large and comfortable, but expensive:-//
My previous schoolbag worked very well, it was a cheap Quicksilver bag. Relatively large, but not too bulky and comfortable, you can easily adjust the belt. This is my backpack that I have used for about 3 years. It ended when it started to crack at the bottom of my lunch. The cooking of the belt disappeared and hurt my shoulder.
