Ok, so, the borg faction could lose day one. Great.
you're missing the point Iso. I have no idea how "balanced" the game could have been, but it was so swingy it wasn't a game of mafia, it was a game of night actions.
I don't think it can end untill tordeck stops justifying his game in any way.
a game that the town played near perfect (1 mislynch) and lost because of a questionable modkill in a setup that was not balanced at all.
While I don't actually think that anything other than Tordeck's post game attitude is actually punishable, I'd really like to remove anyone that had any hand in the design or review of this game from the list of Authorized reviewers.
The town was capable of winning before the start of D2, the town was capable of misslynching once and losing.
This game should have had red flags up well before we even got to this point.
this modkill wouldn't be being discussed nearly as much IMO if the town hadn't mislynched once and lost in this game.

But really, Tordeck, stop with the attitude already. I don't really care who's right with they way you're acting.
I did miss read what you said, I'd just got in from work and was tired. that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
------
you also missed my point. the action of parting words is not a tell either way. What they say however is immensely useful, much like any other post of content that player will make.
Posting reads when you're replacing out is not a big deal at all. It is no different than posting you reads, waiting a short while, and then replacing. You are just commenting on what is going on in the game, an a legitimate game capacity.
Nice of you to actually beat me to saying something.
This.

Artifice, I unfortunately can't say it any different that you're wrong on the replacing out issue. By your logic, town can't win with their team once they've replaced out either, so there's no reason for anyone to do it, so in providing parting reads, they really are doing something no one should do, but it's a null tell. your logic just contradicts itself.
there is nothing wrong with someone wanting to provide parting content prior to replacing out, and I find it quite valuable.
-----
I also find it rather disgusting that just because kpaca disagreed with you that you felt the need to accuse him of not reading the discussion.
Edit:
Iso:
You should refresh the thread more often, it's not a nath when you post a 1 liner 5 minutes after someone else did.
but in regards to Arinnara's question, Sin City has most of the greats in it.
to be fair, if someone really wanted to post something after death that would affect the integrity of the game, even if bah posts were disallowed, they could still in theory post it.
Allowing or disallowing bah posts really should have no effect on someone ruining a game posting content after death.
Crypto claiming was banned sitewide about 2 years ago. I think It was Alx2 that designed a way to just destroy a scumteam's chance of winning with a day one cryptoclaim.
Nothing was ever said about Encrypting a whole message however.
Well, the biggest issue with sigs is the post to sig ratio.
When PF (for example) can make a one line post, and we add 11 lines of sig, plus quote tags, plus spacing, plus a banner, and I now have a one line post taking up my whole laptop screen, I'd say something is wrong.
However, not sure if this is the place to discuss sigs.

Millionaires, I hear it's good Music (Disclaimer: lyrics not PG-13) Thanks, CC
Need the phrase "mislynch once and still lose" be repeated again?

I like to have that final moment with my character, where I often throw some roleplay into this game.
they should be dealt with on a case by case basis, and individual players should really know what can and cannot go into one.
