The egg glowed orange in his eyes. If he was going off the value based on the artistry and value of the stones then the thing was likely worth around 100 gold. But the Orange glow told him he should probably have it identified.
Fale - "I haven't the slightest idea."
He said it with a smile that told Kage he wasn't likely being completely honest. But then the jakari never really seemed to be being completely honest.
Fale - "Also This job was a bit high profile, I think I'll be making my way out of the city for a while. If you need to find me I'll be in Ash."
Fale looked over the items with some scrutiny. He separated a few things off for them to choose from.
Fale - "You will each receive either 150 gold or 50 gold and your choice of any one of the items here. And don't think that I didn't notice what you didn't present Mr. Lee. The guild is well aware of that item. Should you forego any additional payment you will be allowed to keep it. Otherwise you will be expected to turn it over to us and you will be payed as normal."

Fale - "The carriage should buy you time. As I said before, we believe the vault to be in the basement. As far as communication goes I can't help you."
Fale - "It's not rare for the family to be in attendance of a party here or there, but for the whole family to be for certain gone? Yes it's rare enough to warrant haste. As far as the local law enforcement goes we've got it covered... Big jobs like this have to have a little collaboration."
He finished the sentence with a sly smile. Just then they were interrupted by a large man with a small highly singed bear. How Bobby made it into the back room without direction was miraculous but drunks often find themselves in odd places.
Fale - "Ah, Robert! welcome we've a heist going on, interested?"
Fale - "as far as their guards or their schedules we don't know... They do keep a pet Suberusu that we're fairly certain will be on premises, bad news for you... But if you kill it I'll give you a bonus. They will be at a party on the other side of the city. They'll likely be home well after midnight, but it's possible for them to return within thirty minutes or so if they wanted to."
Fale - "They have an extensive collection of sculptures, paintings, and other meaningless valuables that should be worth your time. But when it comes to what's really going to hurt them is what's in their vault in the basement. It holds all the titles to their lands, and all the legal contracts that they hold with the other families... One the others find out they'll be ruined."
Fale considered the question a moment before answering.
Fale - "No We don't have any maps so you'll have to do your own leg work. Reducing the wealth of the target is the main goal but your take will certainly be based on what you get out."
Fale - "A plan no, an opportunity yes! We happen to know that they will be at an outing tonight. The place is very heavily guarded and will likely be rife with magical traps set to kill anyone not allowed on the property. The risk is great but so will the reward be. You will be allowed first pick of the take and maybe I'll throw in something special if you do well."
Fale looks around at the group with a smile. He gestured for them all to follow him and moved to a back room.
Fale - "I'm quite sure that everyone here is familiar with the Valestrian family, but just in case you didn't know they're quite a powerful family of scions. One that has... crossed the guild. We can't kill them but we can sure as hell steal everything they own."
Go ahead and run, you'll only die tired.
Those who might never meet are pooled together
