TDD: The Top Down Design Game
The Top Down Design Game is about designing cards based on accredited artwork
All that’s needed to signup is a thumbnail of accredited artwork Each designer will be assigned to a group
Each round, each group will be assigned a different piece of artwork selected by a host from the signups
Starts January 1st
Ends January 28-31
Each round is four days Two days to design
Two days to judge
Twenty eight total days with remaining monthly days to provide a margin
Each round a group will be assigned to critique each card of a different group
To keep judging simple, each design will judged on a scale of 1 to 10 Textual critiques are encouraged but not required
Each designer who misses a round but has not officially withdrawn will receive a score of 0/10 The designer with the highest score at the end of the competition wins
In the cast of a tie at the end of the competition, there will be a tie breaker round
The primary criteria of every round is the design in relation to the artwork.
