Im confused also as to why peopel think my card should cost a lot less than 2WW. I based the price off of Windborn Muse, which doesnt have as many options to give, so I thought cmc 4 to be a fair mana cost.
Also, are we just supposed to look up the cards ourselves from the other threads? Because that's quite the inconvenience.. :/

I expect with this [Transform] mechanic that everyone playing a Werewolf tribal deck will say "Autobots, rollout!" whenever the majority of their army transforms.
Took me a millenia to think up an acceptable name for my aura..
As for the wording, I think it's as good as it's going to get. I think im prepared for the judgments.

I made it far though I think. Im proud of my work for this month, especially with this being my first CCL and all.
Good luck to the final 8! I'll be back next month! That trophy is mine!

...Im assuming the extended deadline has come and gone. Did everyone that was missing a top 3 get one in?

Lets hope it doesnt hinder me too much..

I assume we can, but I wanted to ask before I do: We're allowed to explain in some detail our newly made mechanic outside of the rules text, am I correct?

Thanks! I felt that other than some minor flaws my card for the first round wasn't bad, but wasn't particularly good either, and didn't really stand out from the pack. I'm glad I managed to do better with my round two submission - clearly 0/0 tokens are a more popular idea than I thought
However, making my round 3 creature evolve from 0/0 is going to be interesting. I don't want to do the "you need a global pump effect to use it" thing again, so I'll have to come up with something new...
...Does our creature have to use the same p/t as our token creature?? I mean Moakun did say we can change the p/t if need be, but did that just mean for the "evolution" part?
Im asking because instead of a 1/1, my creature is a 1/2, for a specific reason. (dealing with its first ETB choice. I dont want it being too powerful.)

Maokun just updated the scores now. CodGod had 11.8 points before, close to last place. NOW, he has 84.5 points, and hes in first place on my team.
Way to go Cod. Thats how you make a comeback! Only on Team Agyrem, city of rebirthing spirits and souls!

It just seems to me that its really hard to judge who's going to place where based on the scores as of now, seeing as how much they can change in a single round.
Also, as a sidenote: I think those who still need to submit top 3's should be reminded once again, seeing as since the current round started, I dont think anyone has submitted a late top 3.

I can take criticism just fine. That's the not the issue. In fact, I appreciate criticism - but only decent well thought out criticism. I totally agree with what Maokun said earlier about my card, about 75% of what Eventide said about it, and some of what a couple others said. But a good majority of it doesn't make sense. Like the guy who said my card should have just used the landfall keyword last round who obviously didn't read that it wasn't landfall since it triggered on anyone's land drop.
Also, according to the critiques I've been getting, your solution about the monster getting bigger from landfall does *not* count as a mechanical tie. I don't understand why the hell not, but the critiques this round showed that to be the unanimous opinion.
Anyway, I'm dropping also because I'm too far behind in points to catch up and I just don't feel like spending the time to write the critiques and top 3 in just to get kicked out next round anyway.
You have more points than I do currently. Why not at least stick around to see how much closer you can get? I think there's still a chance. Though, im a little confused as to how the scores are being tallied. Looking at the huge differences between peoples scores doesnt help much.

Its hard at first to take criticism on cards you create. I know thats how I was (kinda) in the beginning, and you almost cant help but take it personally.
@Paradigm: There's no need to drop. Making a Beast creature that changes into, say, a BIGGER beast creature via land drop doesnt sound too hard t odo at all. It doesnt sound any harder than, say, a creature that changes via creatures dieing.

*fume* Well, it wasn't the tokens that got the top 3 their spots, but I'll go rejigger the points. My bad - I obviously read it as sentient.
Oh its fine, really. I wasnt mad or anything, just pointing it out. I really dont mind not getting a top 3, though it'd be nice.
@Moakun: I can see how people can get a little confused, but I dont see why. Although there's some places where you can be a little more clear, for the most part I've understood you and your challenge requirements quite easily.
@Paradigm Entity: While I agree that your card does have (in my opinion) enough to be considered a "mechanical tie" to your legendary land, how else do you see the critiques you're getting as being "full of retardation"?

@MagicBrains: Just so you know, sentient and sapient are two different words with two different meanings. The requirement is non-sapient.

I cant remember if I mentioned the mechanical tie to their previous cards in my judgings, but I most definitely took them into account. My critiques can sometimes throw people off. I can seem like I absolutely hate the card just by the shear amount of criticism I give, but in the end give it a higher score than most.
