Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, its controller exiles the top card of his or her library.
Whenever a creature leaves the battlefield, its controller loses 1 life.

Creature - Human Rebel Rogue
Double strike, haste RW,t: Destroy target random creature you don't control. Put a quest counter on Shankill Butchers.
As long as Shankill Butchers has five or more quest counters on it, it doesn't untap during your untap step and creatures you control can't attack unless you pay 2 for each attacking creature.
Whenever a green or blue creature dies, untap Shankill Butchers.
Artifact Creature - Thopter
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a 1/1 colorless Thopter artifact creature token with flying onto the battlefield.
When Crahkothopter or another Thopter enters the battlefield, Thopters you control get +1/+1 until end of turn.
Other Thopters you control get +0/+2. Metalcraft - Other Thopters you control have shroud and vigilance as long as you control three or more artifacts.
Look at target player's hand and choose a nonland card from it. That player exiles that card.
Reveal top five cards of target player's library. Put one of those cards into that player's hand, and exile any number of the rest of those cards. Then put the rest of the cards revealed this way onto the top of his or her library in any order.
Flashback -- 2(B/U)(B/U)(B/U)(B/U), Exile two cards from your hand and/or graveyard.

A deck can have any number of cards named Banewasp Swarm.

Legendary spells you cast cost 1 or one colored mana less to play. 1: Untap target legendary permanent. That permanent gains shroud until end of turn. Activate this ability only once each turn.
Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a creature, destroy those creatures at end of combat.
Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, destroy that creature and a land of your choice that player controls at end of combat.

You may play Touch of Bolas any time you could play an instant. If it was played any time a sorcery couldn't have been played, it gains substance until end of turn and when it loses substance, sacrifice it.
Enchanted creature gets +1/+1, has flying, "Whenever this creature deals damage to an opponent, that player discards a card at random, puts the top card of his or her library into his or her graveyard, and you draw a card.", and can't be blocked except by creatures that share a color with it.

When a creature comes into play, that creature gets +1/-1 until end of turn.
When a creature attacks it gets -1/-0 until end of turn.
When ~ goes to the graveyard from anywhere, shuffle it back into owner’s library.
Creature - Human Knight Assassin
Vigilance 2W,q: Tap target creature. 2B,t: Destroy target creature if it's tapped.
Whenever Vigilant Vigilante attacks, you may choose one -- tap target creature; or destroy target creature if it's tapped.
Tribal Enchantment - Pirate
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a treasure counter on Dastardly Plot.
Sacrifice Dastardly Plot: Untap target creature and gain control of target creature you don't control if its converted mana cost is less than or equal to the number of treasure counters on Dastardly Plot. It gains haste until end of turn. At end of turn, sacrifice it. If you do, that creature deals damage equal to its power to its owner.
