KH- Splice onto Arcane is one of the worst mechanics ever introduced, both insular and parasitic. Konda has way too much going on, and its ability should only reference +1/+1 counters.
AS- Why not just have it give you hexproof? All it's really protecting you from are red spells, which have no way to deal with enchantments, so for four mana I'd rather invest in Leyline of Sanctity.
I-T- That last ability is clunky, and you could probably get away with a Soulbond type ability instead of Aura tokens, which are awkward. Interesting concept, though.
Fg- This would have the same problem miracle did: your opponent would see you checking the card you draw before putting it into your hand, thus giving them a heads up that you're looking for a miracle or sukuchi card. There seems to be some decent design space with it, but it would need tweaking.
Ct- Oh my. A better (?) Slate of Ancestry. Making all your creatures unblockable on turn 5 would be pretty busted in almost any deck. Throw insane card advantage on top and methinks this is broken.

KH- 8 mana shouldn't let you exile all your opponent's Forests.
Winterspring- I meant removal of any type of permanent, and I think there are some issues with randomly picking an illegal target.
I-T- Why would a white card make its caster lose life?
I guess Winterspring takes it.

SNL- Too boring to be rare. 2 power on a flyer for 2 is too good with flash. Broken power level isn't a justification for rarity.
Forestsguy- Ehhh I guess it works but the potential card disadvantage doesn't compensate for the threat it poses. Also it needs a rarity.
KarmaHoudini- There's a template for this already, see for instance Frost Titan and Icefall Regent. The block tax is only in white now.
I guess Forestsguy wins this won.
