Jace, Arbiter of Beatboxing4U
Planeswalker - Jace (M)
[+2]: Tap target nonland permanent. Its controller draws a card.
[-1]: Creatures you don't control get -1/-0 for each card in your hand.
[-8]: You get an emblem with "You have no maximum hand size." and "If an effect causes you to discard a card, discard it, but you may put it on top or on the bottom of your library instead of into your graveyard."
Exile target permanent. At the beginning of the next end step, if you cast Disbelieve from your hand, return that permanent to the battlefield under its owner's control.
Creature - Human (R)
Lynch Mob's power and toughness are each equal to the number of Plains you control plus the number of non-Plains lands your opponents control.
Sacrifice a Plains: Destroy target creature and target non-Plains land controlled by the same player.
Creature - Giant Wizard (R)
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a caprid counter on target non-Goat creature. As long as it has a caprid counter on it, it's a 0/1 Goat with no abilities.
When you control no creatures named Goatshaper, if you don't have an emblem named Reversion, you get an emblem named Reversion with "At the beginning of your upkeep, remove all caprid counters from a creature that a caprid counter was put onto with a creature named Goatshaper but that a caprid counter has not been removed from with Reversion."
Templating derived from Cyclopean Tomb; this obviously requires a rules change to allow for emblems to have names, since they can't currently; and I'll explain more later.
Yeah, I can probably expect Brofaux to report it sometime today.
Also, I'm aware that I judge faster (and with less included content) than most people, but it's been like an hour and a half, and I'm not sure if I should link Judge is Judge for amusement purposes or propose a "while he's judging, enjoy this interim challenge" challenge while we're waiting.
On the writing front: I seem to have reached the part of the boring introduction that's almost physically painful to write. I'm going to have to force myself to write this anyway, though.

Each other permanent loses all types and abilities and becomes an artifact with "T: This deals 1 damage to target player." and "T: Add 1 to your mana pool." It strips bare the artifice of forms, revealing everything to be interchangeable modules.
IIW: EDH generals whose color identities aren't just the colors in their mana cost.
