It's fine. I was actually expecting more of a Bant tutor-ramp card than a Jeskai tutor-cloner, as Green Slivers are generally more necessary than Red Slivers, but this works great, too.

Here's a commander for Graveborn style mono-black Zombie. Which is actually multi-color, but uses mono-black revival to get things back.
And yes, most of the names I come up with are just hitting random keys on the keyboard, then adjusting what comes out to be pronounceable.

Actually, with the addition of Vehicles, noncreature permanents do, in fact, have P/T if something would give it to them. Like being a creature normally.

God, that needs a keyword... Granted, Transform deals with the problem quite nicely.
Ah, so Gae Bolg and it's wielder are on the table, right? I'm kinda fuzzy on the 'where' of those mildly obscure myths, so I can't remember if that falls under Celtic or Nordic myth. And I don't fully trust Wikipedia with things best known through an anime... Granted, you can do worse for accuracy than the Fate series, but it's still anime.
If so, then this ought to be good enough:
Cu Chulainn, Defender of Ulster1WW

How strictly do you define Celtic? It's actually rather important, because you can be talking about most of Roman Republic era Europe when you say 'Celtic.' You have just about all of the Gemanic tribes, for a start... And not much of Celtic mythology survives in a clear form, due to nasty Roman translation practices.

Varia, Construct Ascendant3
Legendary Artifact Creature - Construct Monk
Varia, Construct Ascendant cannot block.
When Varia is sent to the graveyard from play, if you have cast two Artifact spells this turn, more than two Artifacts were put into graveyards this turn, have Artifacts with more than 15 toughness total and have three or more Artifacts in your hand, you get an emblem with "The first Artifact you play each turn can't be countered", "you may cast one Artifact spell for free each turn", "Non-artifact creatures get Absorb -2", "Each time an artifact you control produces mana, copy the ability that produced that mana for each other artifact that shares a name with that artifact" and "Non-Artifact creatures get -1/-1 and cannot have Reach"
2/2

Hard enough? It's a merger of all the effects of all the Ascendants, including activation conditions, inverted(Except one), made (kinda)weaker and Artifact focused.
Also, negative number on Absorb should add to damage. Not sure on how that works...

Okay, so, Zubera have the general effect of "When {this} is put into the graveyard from play, {effect} for each Zubera that was sent to the graveyard this turn."
The Ally effect is "When {this} or another ally enter the battlefield under yor control, {effect}."
Some ways to make this work:
Have graveyard swapping. As in "{cost that includes discard}: Move target card/creature in your graveyard to your hand."
Unearth-like Graveyard flicker, where a card is brought out of the graveyard for a turn/combat phase and goes back at the end.
Have something that makes Zubera count as Allies or Allies count as Zubera.
Ironically, this is one of the few cases where asking for WUBRG makes it a lot harder, because the effects used are so well fitting in WB or BG. Granted, you can just ignore the complexity support of WUBRG, which is the current standard, and just make a card that's off mana curve/power curve by a lot with those effects.
