I don't really like using the word "counter" on a non-blue card, but I don't really know how else to word this:

Which is irrelevent because A) It isn't blue so it can't be countered and B) It doesn't target, so it can't be changed.
Anywho, your three-mana Deflection that is also nearly strictly better than Deflection... AND Ambiguity
