I made Abundant Growth... the only mechanical difference is that mine cost (2/G) because it was part of a twobrid set. (Well, I made the design, but then I cut it in favor of other stuff. I don't remember what the name was.)

That was the main idea, and I was originally thinking this would be more Mirran-aligned, but I was thinking that it could also possibly work as a Phyrexian-mana spell as well, with a cost of 2(P/U)(P/U) or something along the lines of that.
