...Personal Fortress

T: add 1 to your mana pool.
T: you can't be the target of spells or abilities your opponents control this turn..
Doesn't stop Relic (probably the worst offender) and it's randomly stupid against decks that have no business getting neutered.
My ideal card would be something like this:
Zealous Mortician 1B
Creature - Human Mortician
Cards in your graveyard cannot be exiled by spells or abilities your opponents control. T: Reveal the top card of your library. If it's a creature or land card, put it into your graveyard.
1/1
It would probably be too much to ask for something that lets you keep your graveyard, but Crypting yourself to keep your cards in the game sounds like a perfectly legitimate play. If you managed to dump half your deck into your yard before, you can probably do it again.
???
Do you mean Feldon's Cane? If so, that card doesn't count as playable.
Apparently, WotC is thinking about giving some card draw to red. This would be cool, imo.
That card is better than Concentrate. All I want is a Goblin Lore that actually results in card advantage. Draw 4, discard 2 or draw 5, discard 3... whatever, as long as I net even one card, I'm happy!
another thing i was thinking about that i would like to see print for edh is more good nonbasic lands with basic land subtypes. espescially for black, red and blue, being that they were gimped on it. white got mistveil plains and green got dryad arbor, both amazing nonbasics with a basic subtype. i cannot think of any that exist for the black, blue or red.
If an effect or spell would go on the stack more than three times, it occurs only three times instead.
You can make this work without being overly tricky.
Null Engine 1
Artifact
Whenever a player casts a spell, counter it if three spells with the same name have been cast this turn.
Whenever a player activates an ability, counter it if that ability has been activated three times this turn.
You could add a third line for triggered abilities too if you felt so inclined, but then you'd have to add another line again to avoid recursive problems like tedv mentioned (the Engine trying to counter its own ability). It gets even more messy to fix that if there are two in play. So let's just leave it at this.

My friend Wickerbough Elder thinks you might be interested in his services.

Madblind Mountain, Leechridden Swamp, Moonring Island, Sapseep Forest.
You're welcome!

Are you serious? Was Goblin Scouts supposed to be Dwarven Scouts? That's hilarious!
