@awesome card list.
Is Cenn's Enlistment really better than Sprout Swarm? I have gotten much more value with Sprout Swarm than pretty much any other card.
@ 2/2 extort bear. I'm going to play him as a mono white card. Though I don't like 2/3 of my B/W cards right now. I'm still hoping this set will delever a few decent multicolored cards.
@RG Prey Upon
I like this card, just not sure if it fits. I'm currently playing Kird Ape, Scab Clan Mauler (which I really like), and Tin-Street Hooligan (which is cutable).
@Knightly Valor
a five mana enchantment is a bit iffy to me. I could see replacing Castle Raptors with it. I think I'll add a foil Valor to my Guild shipment.

Pack 1: Pestilence is probably the correct pick here, but I have a hard time leaving an O-Ring in a pack, so thats what I would take.
Pack 2: Ninja of the Deep Hours is a strong pick here, especially if I can get one of the two shadow guys to wheel.
Pack 3: I grab Kor Skyfisher, I like the body, and it has fun interactions with Ninja.
Pack 4: Either Preordain/Ponder or Wingcrafter. I probably grab ponder because I love filter cantrips.
Pack 5: Flood
You have to factor in the sleeves, in my case they cost me double of what i gave for the cube ;D ( but then I bought Dragonshields, and i had half of it together form my own collection and friends I asked)
My friend built a pauper cube. He decided not to bother sleeving it. Which makes it kind of awesome.

Nice article Lanxal. Something that you kind of aluded to. One of the great things about pauper is when you start off, almost everyone will have one of the crappy commons you need in foil sitting in there binder that they will just throw into a trade, happy to get rid of them.
I know that's how I got my Azorious Arrester and Wingcrafter.

I just all the fixing I can get, because there isn't much and you need as much as possible.
I don't have room in my three card multicolor section, though I would love to run it. And if I added a fourth card I would probalby add that 3/3 centaur that gains you 3 life. I remember liking the UB one in alara block draft, though I do remember liking Jhessian Zombies during ALara block draft. I don't think any of the other ones are close enough to being good enough to consider running them.
Speaking of alara block multicolored cards that no one runs. Man how do I wish that Cerodon Yearling was a 2/2 first trike haster instead of a 2/2 first strike vigilance. A 2/2 haste first striker is the exact card I want to fill out RW.
I want to increase my "colorless" lands to 10 when I go up to 450. I really want to run Transguild Promonade and Quicksand. But the only other colorless land worth running is Shimmering Grotto, and I don't care for that card. There just isn't 3 other colorless lands taht are worth playing at the time.
I like the cycling cards because all kinds of decks want them - being able to cycle it lategame is very, very good. Plus, I'm not so convinced that ETBT is such a big deal most of the time, even in an aggro deck.
One of my favorite plays is (late game)
Tap Barren Moor for black, play Dimir Aqueduct bouncing Barren Moor, cycle barren moor with the mana in your mana pool. It's a shame borderposts can't bounce cycling lands.

The thing I like about pauper cube (and cube in general, but to a lesser extent) is it's a great format for someone if they have a group of friends who use to play, but kind of stoped playing for one reason or another.
I love "all in one box" formats.

I have played, and recently cut, Breath of Life. Spent a bit of time trying to get a 7th ed. foil too.
Overall I had hopes of using it with Tortured Existence and Ulamog's Crusher. I have cut both (not the Existence). It ended up that without more bodies with easier ways to be binned, it often sat till late game. Mind you in Sealed it is AWESOME, in draft, a little less so.
Breath-ing a Mulldrifter was generally the best I consistently did/saw. But the cube shifts all the time from set to set. And bringing back Blastoderm, Mulldrifter, even Aethersnipe is valuable. I had to remove it for more aggro, as some of you saw in my earlier articles, I needed more, cheaper, curves.
I'm hoping to BoL or FD quite a few Twisted Abominations, Noble Templars, and Krosan Tuskers.
Speaking of which, got the last card for my common cube today.

Got my last big shipment in the mail. Down to three cards needed. Sadly I neglected to ordered a Death Denied, hopefuly my LGS has one. The False Defeat is in the mail, and I'm sure someone at my LGS has a Golgari Guildgate I can have.
83% foiled
1.5% altered (only non-foilable cards are getting altered)
10.75% normal
4% foiled
.75% missing
I'll try to make a thread this weekend.

(other slots are Terminate, Rakdos Shred-Freak, Blightning)
Between Fire at Will and Double Cleave I go with Double Cleave in a hybrid slot. FaW tripple color cost prevents it from being a true hybrid card.

Expendable Troops seems pretty bad. If it was just sac to do it's effect it would be worth it, but having to tap means it can't participate in combat.
Viashino Sandscout isn't worth the slot. Being able to dodge sorcery speed removal isn't worth tieing up your mana like that.
Sigil of Sleep is an interesting choice. I am considering it now.
At 3 mana I think Sick and Tired costs too much. If it drew a card, yes. At two yes. Without both of those no.
