If the sac engine costs 0 mana, yes. Maybe it should be an 0/2? I just want a creature that is a perfect guy to sac. Basically a pushed reassembling skeleton of some kind.

Sorry if I'm coming across as harsh about the mana dork, but personally I like custom cards to be things that fill in a gap that's missing or improve upon a bad or borderline card. Mana dorks are great as-is (in fact, even powered cubes run about as many as they can), so a purely better one just feels like power creep and leaves a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.
Like I said above, I don't think it's broken; it's just a card that I don't see a need for. If you like it, that's cool, it's just not for me.
Well I like mana dorks a lot too but the problem is they do nothing late, I'm always looking for some way to make them relevant late game (sacrifice outlets, equipment) and this is an elf with a self contained way to make use of him late game.

The only 1-drop mana dorks with significant upside I can think of are Joraga Treespeaker, who needs to be leveled up, and Birds, which is rare. There's no precedent for one that's almost strictly better than Llanowar Elves at uncommon AFAIK.
I mean it's not going to break anyone's cube as-is, but it's too good to see print at c/u if that's your metric.
Mana elves are generally common though, the only mana dork that has been printed at uncommon in modern design is treespeaker, which is a sol ring on suspend 1. My guy is way weaker than treespeaker. I'm just curious what the design space between common and rare mana dork is.

I don't think it's too complicated, but it's odd he triggers off enchantments. Isn't Instant and/or Sorceries good enough, or do you want him to work off Equipments and Auras too? I can imagine a nuts play with curving him into Bonesplitter w/ Equip (dealing 4 damage) and then Grafted Wargear w/ Equip (dealing 9 damage), leaving them at 7 life at the end of T3. You threaten almost lethal the next turn. Even without that god-draw, some combination of bounce and laying down threats is still really good with him. If you're running Force of Will, I'd love to see your opponent try to remove him (after you spend all your mana MainPhase1 on some creature or equip cost) and all they get is a lava axe to the face.
Maybe separate him into two parts, a white one that triggers off enchantments and artifacts, and Countryside Glider who triggers off instants and sorceries? I feel that power level would be a little more fair for a blue 1-drop. As is, it could be a WU 2-drop creature and it'd probably still be good enough.
I mostly wanted the equipment synergy but I like the idea of splitting it into a blue version and a white version.
I think making it base 0/1 might be a good move too.

I highly doubt they give blue a better-than-Arbor Elf.
Going over my blue section I realized I want more aggresive/tempo 1drops.

Am I the only one who thinks War Dog is crazy good? Dead Dog is probably the most "broken" out of all of those, but these guys probably just do solid stuff all the time. I'm not 100% blue or red would get those on bears (even if I think that WotC should totally let blue and red get bears with upsides without being CC in cost). I'd run those two in a heartbeat, and they're definitely better than Mongrel.
tima, you're probably totally right that the red one is too good. I just didn't want the cycling to be 2 mana because then create this odd tension where both hardcasting and cycling are the same mana cost. (With Cycling at 1 mana, Hardcast at 2, Madness at 3, and Cycle-Madness at 4, these cards have up to 4 options each all at different costs which is super cool to me.) Mad Torching would probably be fair even if it dealt 2 damage. Alternatively, it could have a Smash-to-Smithereens type effect to go along with the fact that it can cycle away.
I like war dog a lot, the design seems very powerful to me too but cards that are a bit sideways like that are always harder to evaluate for cube.

I like the undying evil equipment idea but it would probably have to cost more like 2cast/2equip or 3-4cast/1equip. It is really, really strong and abusable.

Choose one - creatures your opponents' control get -0/-2 until end of turn; or creatures you control get +0/+2 until end of turn; or each creature assigns combat damage equal to its toughness rather than its power this turn.
Entwine - Pay 5 life (Choose all 3 if you paid the entwine cost)
Had the idea while cleaning this afternoon. Basically you can play it as an infest, a weird/bad combat trick, or a massive combat blowout but to get the huge blowout you a.) had to be in 3 colors b.) had to pay 5 life. It maybe should be 1-2 more life or one/both of the +-s should be only 1 instead of 2 but you get the idea.

Random idea due to some people saying Reach of Branches isn't good enough due to the forest restriction:
Beast Brigade4G

Put a 3/3 green Beast creature token onto the battlefield.
Landfall - Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, you may return ~ from your graveyard to your hand.
@Sylvan Librarian: That's great! It comes down so early it's like a Crystal Ball that doesn't take a million mana. More scry is always so good for the cube.
That's what I've been saying!
I think this could be costed at 2GG although maybe being an instant makes it too good at 4cmc? I like it though.
