I would decrease everything by one, too, except for Aeromunculus, Frenzied Arynx, and Lawmage's Binding.
Also,
Applied Biomancy is at least borderline.
Azorius Knight-Arbiter is borderline.
Blade Juggler is Borderline.
Burning-Tree Vandal is Cubable.
Chillbringer is borderline or cubable.
Humongulus is borderline or cubable.
Plague wight is borderline.
Rampaging Redhorn is cubable.
Sage's Row Savant is borderline.
Sauroform Hybrid is borderline.
Skewer the critics is cubable.
Undercity Scavenger is borderline/cubable.

I used to have Utopia Vow in my cube, but it ended up not being played in the decks. The reason being, that green has two better paths than playing green removal:
- Ignoring the enemy creatures altogether, and attack with its better creatures.
- Playing the better removal in other colors, as most decks will be two colored anyway.

I pretend to try it as soon as I get the UMA copy I ordered, and finish my transicion to modern-border-only.
I want to try if it is a good replacement for Foresee. Instant >>> Sorcery, and I want to see if it can enable some fun synergies. Powerlevel-wise, though, the points of Al and Humprhey are 100% valid.

The difference is in the mana curve. You usually want more copies of low-cmc creatures, and less copies of high-cmc creatures. Aggro needs more redundancy than control. That's why functional copies of Welkin Tern are more needed than multiple copies of Sentinels of Glen Elendra.
That said, Angel of Mercy and Spire Monitor are bad for that CMC. Look for better cards, you will find them.
Disclaimer: If you happen to look at my cube, you won't find functional copies at all, but that is a design choice, not a contradiction with what I said here.

Hi! As the rankings have been streamlined in later times, I think that the most productive way of updating your cube is checking the lists, and replace the borderline or bad cards in the list with stapple and cubable ones. Specially if you want powerlevel above all, because that's the main criteria we are following here.

Giltgrove Stalker isn't really a strictly worse Wandering Wolf because just as is, wolf can be blocked by 2/X's unlike stalker. I think wolf may be more a borderline archetype card, since it require a decent amount of equipments/auras to make use of it's full potential, or at least as good as Stalker.
I didn't notice that. Good call.

I agree with MrEng1neer. Thrill-Kill Assassin is just better than Hand of Silumgar. And the spider is 4 power, 8 thoughness for 4 mana. It doesn't kill flying fatties, but does stop most flyers (and aggro ground creature) anyway.

Humphrey has a point, don't put to much value on existing ratings because the powerlevel has risen significantly.
Also, we eliminated one rating (we had bad and terrible before) and maybe some cards that should have gone to bad went to borderline.
Finally, sometimes a card that is strictly worse than other may share a rating with it just because is not bad enough to receive a lower rating.
- Stapple = always in the cube unless specific reasons.
- Cubable = can go or not, interchangable with other cubables.
- Borderline = always out of the cube unless specific reasons (archetype is specific)
- Bad = never in
