I'd say that you're missing Bonesplitter, Grafted Wargear, Smokestack, and Pithing Needle along with Winter Orb. You could stand to lose Memory Jar, Engineered Explosives, Cogwork Librarian, maybe even Icy Manipulator and a sword or two at that size.
Of your options, I'd probably cut Looting. It was only ever useful in dedicated reanimator decks. Otherwise it was extremely lackluster. I don't have enough experience with Bonfire to say anything about it though.
I've wavered on including her due to the lack of interaction. GW just needs help appealing to my group. I don't know what everyone's issue is with that color combination, but no one sees it as being sexy enough to play (so no one does). Sigarda singlehandedly fixes that, though at what cost I wonder? At least she doesn't have vigilance or lifelink.
If your cube group likes the mid-range slugfest as much as you have said, then I would definitely be running Mirari's Wake in g/w. The extra mana from it allows your mid-range engine to quickly overwhelm your opponent's. It also helps support the token theme you've found an interest in.
I would argue that instant speed isn't always relevant either. There are plenty of times where it is relevant but there are just as many times where I am happy to wait until my turn to kill some artifacts.

The exile isn't aways relevant, but being to play a removal spell at instant speed is. There are cases where you want the exile effect i.e. Wurmcoil, but in many cases you'd rather be able to blow something up at the most opportune moment, like their sword when they drop and equip in the same turn.
Spike Jester or Vindicate? I've tried both cards out now, and they seem to be about the same power level. Spike Jester can be so fast and lethal in the right deck, but Vindicate goes in almost every RB deck we construct. I Run Olivia, Dreadbore, and Falkenrath, so this would be my 4th card to add. I would just cut Olivia, but my players love to play Jund/Grixis midrange decks that want Olivia.
