4/3
Ragaxus: This is probably pushing it too much. This should be at least five mana, I think.
void_nothing: 1GWW makes a little more sense to me, I think. Other than that I appreciate the combination of abilities here.
Necarg: The flavor on this is pretty awful. Mechanically the mana cost doesn't make much sense other than balancing purposes; it's equally blue and black. This also seems very pushed; for a five drop that might be okay, but even a five mana 5/4 "draw 3 discard 3, each opponent discards a card" is probably too strong, especially once you factor in re-triggering it.
Mergatroid_Jones: Well this is certainly an uneven mana cost. I'm not sure if the abilities justify it; 4R for 4 damage and a cantrip is very strong, especially at instant speed. I like the idea, but the mana cost is simply too complex, even for this challenge.
Phyrexian Editor: I hate this ability. It seems very messy to keep track of and very easy to forget when it untapped. Also, the fact that it goes untapped-tapped-tapped-repeat is very inelegant. Lastly, abilities can't trigger during your untap step; they would happen in your upkeep.

Enchantment (R)
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.
Creatures you control get +1/+1. "Go into battle with praise for me on your lips, and you will leave with bodies whole and with blood on your blades." - Hequedi, Praetor of Chareen
Beacon of the Suns6
Artifact [R]
Beacon of the Suns enters the battlefield tapped. t: Add WUBRG to your mana pool. Spend this mana only on spells that are five colors.

Sorcery [R]
Destroy all creatures. For each creature destroyed this way, its controller puts a 1/1 green Spider creature token with deathtouch and reach onto the battlefield.
AS: Yawn.
PE: This is inelegant and complex.
Willows: Cute. Maybe this could cost 3 mana.
scarbo: Sexe. I'm game.
Winterspring: Why this doesn't cost 10+ mana like its blue counterpart is beyond me. It says "you win the game instantly" in every storm deck ever.
Winner: Scarbo
Next: Can't block? Is that some sort of drawback?
Cunning Quanar1U
Creature — Beast [R]
Morph U
When Cunning Quanar is turned face-up, choose target spell or ability that targets it. You may choose new targets for that spell or ability. If you don't, you may counter that spell or ability.

Forgotten Palace
Legendary Land [R]
If Forgotten Palace would enter the battlefield from any zone other than exile, exile it with two time counters on it instead and it gains suspend. (At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter from it. When the last is removed, put it onto the battlefield.) t: Add two mana in any combination of colors to your mana pool.
