I find comparing weird draw spells to Divination is a good way to gauge their power. I think I'd take divination over rhystic study. I get cards right now (especially if I need land drops) and it doesn't give my opponent the choice to not let me get cards. Also study is awful late game.
Study is always awful. All of the rhystic spells are trash. Bolt is slightly less trash but not enough to be better than other better cards, of which there are many. Study is popular because it's great in EDH, but that's an entirely different format.
If it wasnt' so disgustingly overcosted the trample banding elephant would be good, because you can have it deal it's trample damage directly.
Before M10 you could have two 2/2s band and attack, blocked by a 2/2 and your guys don't die at all. 1 damage to each. Now, I don't know how the rules change affects this.
The red enchantment goes well with inspiration or whatever that 'when it untaps' new ability. Also enables heroic. Probably not good enough for cube even if it's playable in limited.
Has anybody ever tried the banding creatures? I don't quite understand how the M10 rules changes affect banding, but I do recall that banding was awesome in a limited format with lots of small creatures. Which is pauper. And I have a soldier tribal thing going so Benalish Hero or Shield Bearer are on type.
This isn't a very good selling point. You probably shouldn't need extra help against a mana screwed opponent ><
Also strange seeing you advocate blue land D when you cut all of your red land D which is a color that should most be trying to hose poorly constructed control mana bases.
Eh, slow motion also ties up all of their mana so they can't cast a dude and have mana up for a trick, or cast a dude at all. Doesn't even have to be mana screwed. Guy has six lands, but can only cast a 4 drop.
Boon of Erebos - good as a black combat trick? Seems to play almost like a black giant growth.
Also, Sapphire Charm and Reality Ripple. Good? Doesn't activate ETP effects, but you can blink opponent's stuff, it randomly superpwns flayer husk etc.

Utopia Vow is a green pacifism.
Karametra is a heroic enabler or a so-so cantrip mana fixer.
Me - Mountain, lightning bolt.
If Scythe Tiger, replace with deathtouch guy, or a 2-power blocker or something.
That's pretty cool. Cool as Ice
You can even use it to steal opponent's creatures in a pinch.

Seal's okay. Maul Splicer is good. Better with blink.
Even better in the 'artifact' deck.

Wingsteed Rider - Not unless you have a lot of things that can target it (support for heroic)
Basilica Guards - Great card
Lumithread Field - Interesting card. No damage on stack is super sucks, but it's still okay.
Gustrider Exuberant - Seems bad
Spirit en-Kor - There's no lifedeck at pauper so no
Skyhunter Patrol - Unexciting but it's decent.
Parasitic Implant - Interesting design, there's tons of better removal but it's interesting if you don't strictly want everything to be the best.
Stinkweed Imp - Good card especially with cards that interact with the yard.
Stormkirk Patrol - Weak
Raven's Crime - Good
Trespasser il-Vec - Good as a discard outlet that also deals damage
Corpse Blockade - Bad
Warren Weirding - Good
Orzhov Euthanist - Meh
Grave Exchange - Too expensive
Caustic Hound - Too expensive
Midnight Recovery - Too expensive
March of the Returned - It's okay, but I'd rather have gravediggers and the cantrip raise dead spells from Invasion block first.
Staunch-Hearted Warrior - As above for heroic creatures
Sedge Scorpion - Sure, I suppose
Feral Invocation - Bad
Ulvenwald Bear - The morbid creatures were always lame in limited
Nightshade Peddler - Good
Greater Mossdog - Not unless dredge is doing something for you here
Slaughterhorn - Sadly he's somewhat disappointing. If only he was a 3/3.
Burst of Strength - Sure if you want another pump spell
Snapback - It's a decent enough bounce spell. I like other ones more though.
Dispersal Shield - Bad
Spell Rupture - Bad
Infernal Plunge - Super bad. If you want this effect use culling the weak.
Skinbrand Goblin - I like it, but then my cube has goblin tribal as well
Weapon Surge - If your red supports weenie, sure.
Somberwald Vigilante - Bad
Akroan Crusader - Good if you can consistently get heroic off. Otherwise he's just a 1/1 for 1.
Edge of Divinity - There's better stuff available. Is your huge heavily orzhov such that you can get the maximum effect consistently?
Opaline Unicorn - There's many better options, like that scarecrow guy from shadowmoor who also changes colors and is a 2/2.
Fleetfeather Sandals - Great equipment for pauper
Beckon Apparition - bad
Seeds of Strength - good
Deathcult Rogue - good I suppose, but he's a 2/2 for 3
Deathbellow Raider - does your cube support a rakdos-type deck?
Satyr Hedonist - he may power a blowout like a turn 3 6-drop, but in pauper that's mostly going to just be a big dude.
