I run both, and I can't see cutting Serendib Efreet anytime soon. It's so efficient and splashable, I recommend making room for it if you support tempo.

I'm surprised to hear the love for Pia Nalaar. I'm currently running Sin Prodder, and it's been decent. Pia wasn't even on my radar, are many of you cubing Pia?

Evolving Wilds and Undiscovered Paradise are both premium 5-color fixing lands, so I'd make room for both as soon as you can. If you only have room for one, I'd go with Undiscovered Paradise because it's more aggro-friendly, but because of the price difference it'd be hard to blame you for adding Evolving Wilds first if you don't happen to have a Paradise on hand.

I value the greater amount of card selection in Serum Visions and Sleight of Hand (I know, you didn't ask) over the instant speed of Opt, but it's close. Having to wait until your opponent's upkeep for Portent to even replace itself puts it far down the list of cantrips, although in a big enough cube I could see running it.
I see Gush as too narrow for the typical cube, although it does see play and perform well in the MTGO Vintage Cube in Storm decks. While it might work out in some tempo decks, I wouldn't bother with Gush unless I were also supporting Storm.

All quite true! I have very high hopes for Rishkar as a splashable option for a slot that's always been weak in terms of actual beaters for midrange that also supports ramp. I think it will prove to be better than either of TheCaper85's alternatives, I'm just making it clear that my opinion of Rishkar is based on theorycraft, as I've only gotten in one draft since including Rishkar and he didn't see play. I see no reason not to be optimistic, but my opinion isn't backed up by playtesting data yet.

I'm starting to think it's hard to go wrong on these because of how varied the results were for the white besides the first 2 cards (Brimaz and Blade Splicer).
I'd agree with that, there's nothing wrong with running the double strike knights if you want to push a bit of a Pants theme.

I want to add another one or two mana burn spells to lower the curve in red aggro decks. Rank the following:
Galvanic Blast, Pillar of Flame, Seal of Fire, Wild Slash
Other suggestions are welcomed too. For reference, I already run Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, Firebolt, Burst Lightning, Forked Bolt, Flame Slash.
Out of that group I'd probably run Galvanic Blast, since you're supporting the artifact deck in Grixis, there's a real chance of having it deal 4 in that kind of deck, and Shock isn't a bad floor. You might also consider Rift Bolt if you're looking for another 1-mana burn spell.

Given all that, I think you probably should be playing none of the above. I've played 4 out of 5 of them over the years, only Captain has survived in 720 and it starts to get cut from lists of that size too. The above cards are not the sort of thing people would miss or even notice their absence.
I think there is room for a limited number of WW 2-drops because some of them are excellent for their cost even if it takes a very white-heavy deck to play them on time, but rather than ranking them and trying to play the top 1-3 I prefer to think about what supports the themes and archetypes you're pushing in your white section. I run 2 WW 2-drops, and I heavily support token/anthem based decks, so I'm running Precinct Captain and Consul's Lieutenant. A while back I was pushing a hatebears strategy, and Leonin Relic-Warder and Samurai of the Pale Curtain fit in quite nicely.
If there there are white-heavy archetypes that will be well supported by some of the ww 2-drops available, there's nothing wrong with trading off a little versatility for raw power and synergy.
