this guy could be interesting with Haze of Rage... but the cost to keep up a decent Storm effect wouldn't make it effective late game.
ideally, drop this guy turn 2, then on turn 3 just ping to heck and back with Shock, Lightning Bolt, etc.

Hypnotic Specter at 1BB is still better, obviously- mostly because the discard is random. who's pay an additional 1 for +0/+1? can still be bolted.

one may argue that Eradicate is better, as you can clear out annoying creatures before they have a full roster on the field.

I've cycled this card more than I've cast it. 2 life and a card for 1W is far better than 6 life at 2W.

on par with Carnophage. 2/2 for 1 in suicide back is really advantageous

one could argue that the Onslaught cycle-lands are better, since they only cost 1 mana to cycle. i'd always advise players to consider including some cycle lands into their decks- they're late game utility helps a lot more than the early game delay they have- Especially if you have a manner of bounce.

a 2/3 Flying, Defender for isn't too shabby. for a 4/5 Flier is too expensive. There are easier ways to dole out +1/+1 counters- so you wouldn't have to kick it

Dual Nature + Doubling Season in a Sliver deck? eh... with how expensive Dual Nature is, you should have already dominated with your slivers...

Too expensive for the ability. you'd have better things to spend 5 mana on than a Wall that can do a colorless boost.
