okay... that formatting hurts my eyes. WHAT IS WRONG just saying "G: Create a 1/1 [color-neutral] Human creature token. Play this ability only as a Sorcery."
Though, I don't know any other rule sets to this "Adventure" but still.

Thunder of Hooves is a funny card. Your reward for playing a bunch of beasts is that you get to kill all of your own creatures. I suppose it was printed during a time when most playable beasts weren't 3/3 tokens and instead 4 mana 4/4s. If you asked me how to fix the problems of Thunder of Hooves as a card, I'd show you Thundercloud Shaman. Now that's tribal payoff.

When this guy was released, i don't recall ANYONE playing Avens. Though, with the Innistrad block, there are a lot of viable Clerics out there, one could use this guy for some recursion... though 2/2 for 5 is a deterant

speaking of Mercenaries... they kind of got the shaft when compared to the Rebels. Who wouldn't like to see a more balanced mechanic like that return?

so... if the blocking creature is removed from combat, the attacking creatures still deal their combat damage normally thanks to trample?
also, aren't Banded creatures considered one creature?

Landhome is one of those abilities that no one liked. If you're not playing against a blue deck, Sea Serpent is just an expensive wall. Tsunami or Boiling Seas would also kill the Sea Serpent.
now that there's Vizzerdrix, all islandhome creatures have been shown up

Only way this'd be useful, is against Indestructible. Yes it's expensive, but atleast it's somewhat easily splashable

I put this guy in my Timmy Death-pits deck when i was a newb. being able to say "tap a swamp, kill a creature" was fun.
Pestilence is a sweeper for sure; but it's just more fun to let your opponent ponder why you're sacrificing four tokens for.

Back when duals were the only multi-typed lands, getting Domain was hard to do- one could manage three colors. Draco was a moot idea; this guy never got played- a 5/5 Trampler that was hard to build around. Lush Growth on Watery Grave gets you complete Domain; now there are Triomes that would have made Domain laughably easy.

Back in the day, you liked using this when your opponent was playing City of Brass for any color. of course, you also had Sol Ring and the Moxen "at your disposal" The "Diamonds" cost 3 and entered tapped; then came the Cameo's, and the guild stones.
