Guys i have a couple of questions and things to report to you.
1)How are we in matters of Primer progress?.
2)I've been testing 23 lands like Sam, while playing 5 mana dorks. I also recently moved to 1 Reshaper and 1 Drowner for 3 Skyspawners just to see how they felt. The deck feels solid as always, but hands also felt more lean. You certainly flood out sometimes, but nevertheless you mostly find yourself with the exact number of lands and spells.
Right now i would advocate for 23 lands/5 Mana dork configuration.
3)Has someone tried Gideon Ally of Zendikar? What does acomplish in our sideboard?. What about Runed Halo?.

i like the BOP cos it gives us a chump blocker against flyers. have u tried lead the stampede? great card engine. especially when we're flooded.
I'm going to put a Worship in the SB for my next event. How do you guys usually use it, and when do you board it in. From my understanding, it's pretty good against linear decks that don't have a lot of creature removal. Would you side it in against burn? Might be a bit slow. What about against RG valakut?
Definitely burn. Cos most of their spells can't kill our fatties. Skullcrack also doesn't help much cos worship is not damage prevention.
Valakut is a hard matchup. Worship won't help much tho.
What do u guys think about his latest article on the colorless/ug version?
I've tried colorless, it's lacking. U/G is a weaker build. Without the displacer, you tend to lose a lot of the punch the deck has. It also loses out on Path, and Engineered Explosive is a critical key piece and 3 color hits EVERYTHING in the format. And there's certain white cards for sideboard that keeps you from auto losing like Stony Silence and Rest in Peace...
Anyone having mana flood problems? I recently built this deck and have just been getting destroyed lately. It seems that they answer my first 2-3 threats and then I just draw lands and die. I'd chalk it up to bad luck or poor shuffling but I haven't had a problem till I started playing this deck. I have a stock list with 2x main Dismember, 1x Birds, 24 land. I literally died to a Melira attacking me for 5 turns while I drew land after land. Even my ancient stirrings have been awful. It seems that if I can get a LEAST a T3 TKS into T4 Smasher, I tend to win those games but it's been rough lately. I even aggressively mulligan for a temple or mana dork.
I even watch videos and watch other people just get flooded. Anyone else having these problems? With 5x mana forks and ancient stirrings, maybe dropping to 22/23 land might be good.
The 4 bant eldrazi lists that made top 64 at gp dallas run 24 lands/4 dorks OR 23 lands/5 dorks (2 list of each) so 24 lands / 5 dorks seems a bit more
Guys what are your thoughts on the number of drowner of hope to play? I currently play 4 but i see a lot of lists that play 3. I think it's because multiple drowner in opening hand are pretty bad, but it's our best topdeck. If you play 3, what card replace the 4th slot?
A bit clunky when u have 2 or more in the hand. I go for a 3/1 split with Elder Deep-Fiend. Great against control n aggro decks.

Is that so hard to believe? We're pretty weak to Cryptic, Ancestral Visions, Blood moon. Let alone all of the Dredge...
i'm sure throughout the 1st day they would've faced some dredge/control/infect but still went 9-0. i'd love to see their 2nd day records and the matches they lost to.
Hi guys!! Merfolk player here. I want to try bant eldrazi because I love decks that have 50% against the field. Before playing I read all the articles I found and I would like you to guide me a bit since you have been playing this deck for months
- wich are the bad pairings? Ad nauseam infect and affinity and titanshift are difficult right? And is burn and tron good pairings ( I read a lot different opinions)?
- In g1 do yoy mulligan your first 7 if you dont have stirrings temple or mana dork? I know in g2 and 3 you can keep hands if they have hate but im not sure if you mulligan a hand without those...
My main is the tipicall one with a dismember and my sideboard would look like this:
3 explosives
3 cages
2 stony silence
1 worship
2 stubborn dennial
I need 4 more cards. What would you add? I was thinking about 2 disdainful stroke for tron and valakut. I read that pascal and BBD think that we.dont need blessed alliance, but a lot of people are playing it, what do you think?

That's definitely true, but I'm happy to have the Selfless spirit eat a bolt if it means that my displacer won't have to (or if I'm swinging with a TKS into a 1/X blocker). I'm not really worried about damnation or wrath because we're favored against the decks that play those anyway. I think it's probably a meta call - I'd certainly play it if I was facing a bunch of Scapeshift, Affinity, and Infect.
the spellskite can also eat a bolt and survive. 2 generic mana and puts in a lot of work against affinity, infect and scapeshift as well. but then again, no decklist is ever set in stone.

What do you all think of Selfless spirit as a 1-of or 2-of? It fits a similar role as spellskite, in that it's a cheaper card than our threats that eats removal (other than path). However, it has the benefit of not being a dead draw compared to spellskite - a selfless spirit backed by 2 noble hierarchs can represent a real clock.
I think it shores up some weaknesses in the Scapeshift matchup in particular. It allows TKS to attack into Obstinate baloths without offering a trade, and it protects against Anger of the Gods. It also allows us to protect a Displacer + TKS lock. Also of course, any flying body is useful against affinity.
I think it's a great idea. Not sure why people aren't playing it. Have you tested it at all?
Maybe bcos it's within bolt/lavamancer/electrolyze range? Spellskite at least needs 2 spells to be killed or a path. It also acts as a shield for our bigger creatures from path. Usually we don't need the indestructible trigger, since we survive everything except damnation n wrath. If SS has flash, then maybe it would be more useful. Avacyn is good but 3WW is too much of a mana strain?

To be honest, i've never once felt bad drawing it.It'll get you 2-3 creatures each time you cast it. Great card engine imo.
Opp also usually gets a shock when i cast it. Just when they think i'm out of gas.
Hi guys, question about the budget option for Cavern. Aether Hub or Corrupted Crossroads? Or anything else? I know cavern is best against counter magic, but I'm expecting a reprint in MM17 so I don't want to buy 4 of them now. (reprint in mystics or rare?)
I think reflecting pool also does well.
