Center Soul, Glaring Aegis and Artful Maneuver sound more borderline than bad to me.
Monastery Loremaster, even being too costly to be good, has the upside of being able to be cast early, and be flipped to return a spell on you opponents turn on late game, and then use it on itself if necceesary. I would rate it borderline.

Is Stir the Grave that bad??? The way I see it, it adds redundance, allowying you to cast your best creature one more time. One aditional mana doesn't seem that bad, you are going to play it late game anyway.

Is really Gaea's Touch Bad, even when it has GG on its cost?? I mean, Flood is stapple and Hymn to Tourach is Bomb, and they are pretty mono-colored intensive, too. And Gaea's Touch seems like very abusive if you run enough forests in your deck.

Is Curse of Chains really that good? I mean, it's ******* solid, but doesn't give white nor blue anything that other cards in their colours can't replicate... And as it doesn't tap immediately on its own, doesn't help on offensive like pacifism-like or claustrophobia-like cards.
In my experience, Deathbellow Raider has been really good.
Regarding Singe-Mind Ogre, I don't have tested it so much, but it's a 3/2 for 4 that makes 1/2 damage when enters the battlefield. It's not amazing, but surely not bad.

MY point on Raid Bombardment is that it works with power 2 or less, not less than 2. And seriously, have you checked what a percentage of the cube's creatures have power 2?
Concerning wrap in vigor, I agree, it's not that good. That's why I just mentioned that if you rated sheltering word as Borderlilne, wrap in vigor should make it also.

I think you should re-evaluate the following cards:
Cranial Plating: With only one more artifact in play, it grants +2/+0 for equip 1. Definitively not Bad. Borderline at the very least, I would say.
Raid Bombardment: Even when it only does damage to players, it is not merely a 'swarm card'. LOTS of creatures in cube have 2 or less power. And I'm not even counting Morph, but thinking on red cards that become stronger AFTER attacking.
Wrap in Vigor: I think that if you reconsider Sheltering Word, you should do the same with this one. Saving two creatures with one card sounds valuable to me. In a game where you can save more than two with this, it becomes MVP.

I used to support this archetype, but the last time I drafted with friends, I drafted EVERYTHING needed to play it.
I had Nyvix Cyclops, Wee Dragonuts, Kiln Fiend, Goblin Electromancer, plus other creatures and loots of good instants and sorceries (incinerate, rift bolt, lightning bolt, jilt, etc.)
And the deck, even as close to perfect as it could be, didn't work.
There weren't enough creatures in the deck, and even when I sideboarded out spells to put creatures, the spells mather effect became unrelevant.
My analysis is that there aren't enough creatures with spells mather abilities in pauper to make it work. It's preferable to have cards that are less 'fun' but more consistent, cause when you cannot activate the 'fun' component, it is not fun anyway.
For example, Borderland Marauder vs. Kiln Fiend. Kiln is more powerful only if you can activate its triggered ability, but Borderland Marauder is consistently better, always.
As a result, I removed Wee Dragonauts from the cube and put on steamcore weird. It's good on its own without depending on the archetype to work. I also removed Kiln Fiend. Nyvix Cyclops, on the other hand strikes to me as good enough on its own, so I will keep it for the moment.
I like reveler, I like having cards that Control would never pick but that aggro really likes. I feel is a considerable help to aggro, which in my experience is generally handicapped.
And Al, add me to the thanks list, the guide is really, really helpful. Not only as a tool for improving my cube (that alone would be enough) but also as a tool to learn about magic in general.

Whirlpool Whelm is borderline at least. In my experience, it works as a 'return target creature to its owner's hand. Scry 1', with the chance of having your opponent lose a turn (note that if you win the clash and put his creature on top, the clash didn't worked as an immediate benefit for him). Even if you use it to save your own creature, it isn't risky, because you MAY NOT put it on top, even if you win the clash. Definetively better than Voyage's End
