I was playing my Nissa deck against Nekusar, the Mind Razer, Angus Mackenzie, Rafiq of the Many and Maelstrom Wanderer. I had a decent boardstate and plopped down an Akroma's Memorial, giving me enough fuel to ward off any attacks from Wanderer/Rafiq. Nekusar was already neutered, so I didn't fear that either. Angus just played his standard defensive game while Rafiq tried to set up a boardstate.
Then Wanderer draws, looks at the board, looks at the card he's drawn, gets a huge grin on his face...
and drops Tornado Elemental, knocking away my entire field and swinging at me for lethal.
My own Akroma's Memorial caused me to lose the game...

Me with Liliana, Heretical Healer
Opponent 1 had what appeared to be a pretty standard Prime Speaker Zegana deck.
Opponent 2 had a Nekusar, the Mindrazer
Opponent 3 had a Nekusar, the Mindrazer.
Hoo lawdy.
So the game begins, and what would stare at me but both Megrim and Liliana's Caress? So I drop those two before doing anything else to discourage the two Nekusar players from wheeling Zegana and me to death. Turn 5 I play Lily, play Vampire Hexmage and snipe away Nekusar #2's Jace Beleren, flipping Lily in the process. Both Nekusars respond by playing their commanders, and Zegana...doesn't dare to do anything. Any card drawn would hit Zegana for 2, and any card discarded for 4. Then the madness really starts as both me and one of the Nekusar players have a turn 6 Waste Not, while the other one drops a Fate Unraveler.
At this point the Zegana player seems to decide "Screw it." He has a Leyline of Anticipation out and had put a Woodland Bellower out the previous turn which had fetched a Wood Elves (Why he didn't get Reclamation Sage is beyond me). So he flashes in Zegana, lifts his hand to 12 cards, takes the turn and drops Windfall.
It was a massacre.

Playing with Melek, Izzet Paragon in a game that's lasted quite a while because of one of the opponents being Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter who packed at least 16 wraths. So lategame I flash Melek in thanks to Leyline of Anticipation, and take my turn. Draw the card, and reveal Reverberate from the top of my library. OK, nice card, then I glance at my hand, and see the Fiery Gambit. I count my mana, and note that with my land drop of the turn I get to 10. I also had Increasing Vengeance in my graveyard...
Cast Fiery Gambit, Increasing Vengeance it, double Reverberate the Increasing Vengeance, get to flip 7 times for the Gambit.
I get three sets of triple heads.
I'm sure virtual tables were flipped.

Another game with Purphoros where I kinda felt like an ass.
Turn 1: Mountain, Sol Ring
Turn 2: Mountain, Purphoros
Turn 3: Mountain
Turn 4: Mountain, Caged Sun naming Red
Turn 5: Mountain, Gauntlet of Power, Snake Basket
Turn 6: Mountain, activate Snake Basket for 20 snakes dealing 40 to all opponents. Apologize profusely for being a d-bag
Honestly, at that point I'm wondering why your opponents didn't do anything about the Sun/Gauntlet/Basket. They didn't have anything? One in a million scenario right there. No need to apologize, I'd say.

So OK, this may not be all that epic, but it got a chuckle out of me and I'm sure I'm not alone.
At GP Utrecht, I've been trading a bit and mention some of the cards I just got were for my French EDH deck. A guy closeby overhears and asks if I'd be up for a quick game of French, and he boasted his deck was the best deck at where he's from. So I'm like "Sure, let's do this."
I win the diceroll and go on the play, and notice he's playing Maelstrom Wanderer to my Thalia, Guardian of Thraben. My opening turns are pretty standard: Land, Land Thalia, Land Mentor of the Meek, while he only plays land. Then, turn 4 I drop Loxodon Gatekeeper. He reads the card...and promptly scoops for game 2. I'm surprised but shrug, and on goes Game 2 with him starting, and things go much the same. This time, at turn 6, I drop Rule of Law...and again he scoops.
Turns out his deck was 97 land + Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Pestermite.

So I'm playing my Xira Arien deck, and we're approaching the late game. Prime Speaker Zegana is opposed to me, a morph-based build, and he has a nicely stocked graveyard. He doesn't do too much with it, but hey, there's always Eternal Witness and Den Protector, and the other guy left was Hazezon Tamar who does nothing with his graveyard.. I move to Bojuka Bog him. He decides to flip Willbender and bog me instead. At which point I twitch and reveal the card I had just topdecked...Praetor's Counsel.

I'm playing 1v1 with my Zegana Tokens vs Astral Slide Karador. We're both off to a good start, I started, he ends T2 with Fluctuator, I play T3 Awakening Zone, his T3 is Astral Slide, my T4 is Parralel Lives. With the Slide and Fluctuator in play he drops down Siege Rhino, and immediately blinks it once, to start the aggro/drain.
I draw a Temple of the False God. I have 3 Eldrazi Spawn tokens and 6 mana otherwise.
He scooped. He didn't see an out for 10 Siege Rhinos while left at 16 life. Had he known my deck was prone to copying other people's stuff (it was my first time playing it), he wouldn't have immediately cycled to slide his Rhino with the one free cycling card he had.

So this wasn't as much a hilarious/epic play as it was the most hilarious moment I ever had in a game of commander. This without a drop of booze involved. (We're a pretty sober group.)
Situation: 4 player table. Angus Mackenzie vs Riku of Two Reflections vs Prime Speaker Zegana vs Rasputin Dreamweaver, in that table order. Now we're a pretty relaxed group and from time to time we shortcut and all. The Zegana player has a habit of going HO HO HO HO! (and not in the Santa Laughter way, just as in HO STOP) whenever he needs to counter something or react to something whenever play goes fast.
At the same time, we were playing this song on the speakers, and everyone, including the LGS owner (A guy well in his '50s) were singing along, so the mood was generally hilarious already.
Anyway, come my turn, and I see Zegana is mostly tapped out (And I know Angus and Riku arent' playing heavy control) so I decide to go through some cutting again, playing a Kor Cartographer and following it up with Solemn Simulacrum, intending to fish two lands from my decks.
Now, if you skip the song towards the 1-minute-mark...
...and imagine the Zegana guy blaring along with THAT part, right as he could've countered/stopped the shortcutting...
Basically, I looked at him, went "Wha what?" He looked at me, not understanding, the guys opposed to us started bursting out in laughter, and we spent the next 10 minutes doubling over from one of the silliest laughter bursts ever.

I have assembled the Nim Deathmantle/Ashnod's Altar combo with Rasputin, and look to go infinite. However, Sedris has a Kaervek, the Merciless out on the field, so pouring the infinite mana into an infinite draw spell would kill me. So I use Snapcaster Mage, get Swords to Plowshares and aim it at his Kaervek. He responds by using Phyrexian Tower to sacrifice Kaervek, and uses an Intuition to fetch up Goryo's Vengeance, which the Kaalia player is happy to give him to prevent losing on the spot. This buys them a turn as my only X-mana spell at the moment is sorcery speed Braingeyser. So the turn rolls around, Kaalia had just been wiped so he can't muster up an attack, and Sedris simply plays draw-go. Come my turn, I grab the infinite mana again, and Braingeyser. Of note is that I had very few Blue sources, and Braingeyser was the second-to-last card in my hand. So Sedris decides to counter it...at which point I use Ghostly Flicker on Snapcaster and an Island, giving Memory Lapse flashback. I pick up my deck, get the Gemstone Array to filter my mana into coloured mana and kill them both with infinite Blue Sun's Zenith and Stroke of Genius.

Perhaps this is moreso a crazy topdeck than a crazy play, but the game itself was crazy enough to qualify.
Table of 4, with some of our more trollish/silly decks. AtogatogAtog Tribal, Silumgar, the Drifting Death Dragon Control, Jaya Ballard, Task Mage Red Control and me with The Lady of the Mountain Giants Tribal. Silumgar being the strongest deck on the table, any hate me and the Atog player could muster was aimed at him. Silumgar in the meantime focussed on keeping Jaya in check, and somewhere in the later stretch of the game there were some explosions, and Silumgar ended up dying due to Atogatog using Twilight's Call, giving Jaya just enough hasty power to beat Silumgar to death. Atogatog then did some maths, and found out he was just a few damage short of making a double kill, so he passed the turn. He would certainly win next turn though, and my hand and field weren't looking good: Ondu Giant and Scab-Clan Giant were all I had on the field along with Call of the Wild, with some lands in my hand. So I hope to draw a haste granting card and then some hits with Call of the Wild, but figured it wouldn't happen anyway.
Instead I topdeck Primal Surge. Given that the deck is 98 Permanents + Surge, that meant game. Best topdeck ever.

So here's a fun one. Guy's primed to win next turn with a Kiki-Jiki combo deck, has all he needs to win on the table, but he just needs to get his next turn so he can play Kiki and win, unless a boardwipe is drawn...but I'm the last one to go, and my deck is light on the boardwipes. All I have on the field is Intet, the Dreamer, my commander, and he has no air presence, but he's still at 40. So I draw...See the Unwritten. Alright, reveal 8 cards. Forest, Rampaging Baloths, Anger, Xenagos, God of Revels, Breeding Pool, Desolate Lighthouse, Sol Ring and I flip over the final card...Atarka, World Render.
12/12 Double Strike Commander a-go-go.
