The cost does not say, "Sacrifice an enchantment." It says, "Sacrifice all enchantments you control." There's nothing stopping you from sacrificing zero enchantments to pay the cost if you don't have any enchantments.
How do you have no enchantments in play and activate the ability? Let me quote the card with underlined emphasis.

I would need to know which it is to hose this properly, so I'll have to do the next best thing.

Still doesn't work. When I ripple 4, the trigger there won't go off. Why? Well, if a variable is ever not stated it is zero, so when I'm revealing zero cards I instead do something irrelevant, but I'm revealing 4. Try to reword it and you get into new problems. Say you want to say "Whenever a player would reveal a card from his or her library, instead that player reveals a card from his or her hand at random. This would cause Abundance to outright fail if you wanted a land and had none in your hand. Furthermore, since my card gives your spells ripple as well, this means that both of us have the same problem and I have a 2/2 cat wizard to you have a sub-par land.

Your card does nothing to mine. Instead of playing your free ripple spells you discard cards, while I still get ripple 4 on everything. Your card does the exact opposite of what it is supposed to do. I am very disappointed. Here are some ways to hose my card:

Players can't cast spells that share a color with the last card they cast this turn.
Whenever a plyaer casts a spell, if its mana cost wasn't paid, counter that spell.

Nomads en-Kor infinite life. It's a little too easy to abuse that there chief, not to mention a hybrid white/green counterspell factory that doubles as life gain could be called strong or worse. There is a definite need for the life gain to be limited to your opponents targeting your creatures, and not you targeting your creatures or you targeting your opponent's creatures.
