Well, it's been a while and no one has stepped up, so I'll throw another commander out. I'm not doing the Thing, though, considering I just did his literary precursor.
Instead, here's an ancient power, given over to temptation.
Galadriel, Queen of the One 3BBB
Legendary Creature - Elf Wizard
Intimidate, Vigilance
BBB,T: Target player sacrifices a creature, then regenerate each creature that player controls.
"In the place of a Dark Lord you would have a Queen! Not dark but beautiful and terrible as the Morn! Treacherous as the Seas! Stronger than the foundations of the Earth! All shall love me and despair!"
Care Bears... Cute ? You mean those furry Orwellian nightmares that monitor all the children of the world and brainwash all the "evil" emotions away of their minds with their mind-rape rays ?
Whenever Ubrg would take damage, instead remove that many +1/+1 counters from it.
Counters remain on Ubrg as it moves to any zone other than a player's hand or library.
"It was a terrible, indescribable thing vaster than any subway train—a shapeless congeries
of protoplasmic bubbles, faintly self-luminous, and with myriads of temporary eyes
forming and un-forming as pustules of greenish light all over the tunnel-filling front that
bore down upon us."

Next: Having just done a number of foul abominations, how about something cute. Make a Care Bear, and make it playable. Care Bear Cousins are fair game, too.
Other spiders, insects, and scorpions you control have deathtouch.
X,T: Tap target creature and place a web counter on it. Spend only black or green mana on X. Use this ability only if no creatures have web counters on them.
BG: Destroy target creature with a web counter on it. If you do, regenerate target spider, insect, or scorpion.
"But still she was there, who was there before Sauron, and before the first stone of Barad-dûr; and she served none but herself, drinking the blood of Elves and Men, bloated and grown fat with endless brooding on her feasts, weaving webs of shadow; for all living things were her food, and her vomit darkness."

I know, me again, right? Ungoliant and Shelob have always been some of my favorite Middle Earth villains; mindless, almost Lovecraftian evil. As ancient and frightening as that of Morgoth and Sauron, yet utterly different from their fallen angel motif.
Here's a question, though: all spiders in magic are green, and there are no black spiders. However, Shelob and Ungoliant both strike me as utterly black. I've added in green costs to her abilities, but ought she be (B/G)? She certainly doesnt feel gold, either.
XUU,T: Sacrifice an artifact you control with casting cost X or less. If you do, return another target artifact with casting cost X or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.
"Reduce, reuse, recycle... revenge."

Yes, I'm aware the art is from Sea Gate Oracle. I really like it.
Next: Ooh, still looking for Annatar's real identity. Who is this guy?
During your upkeep, destroy target creature an opponent controls. If you cannot, Songbird does 7 damage to you.
"Songbird, Songbird see him fly, drop the children from the sky, when the young ones misbehave, escorts children to their grave. Never back-talk, never lie, or he'll drop you from the sky!"
―A Columbian nursery rhyme

Next: An iconic pre-Modern black creature made legendary.
: Put a 1/1 Sentry token into play with defender, deathtouch, and reach.
GLaDOS enters the battlefield with five minute counters on it. At the end of each opponent's turn, if you took no damage, remove a minute counter from GLaDOS. When the last counter is removed, destroy all other creatures and place five minute counters on GLaDOS.
"It's hard to overstate my satisfaction."

Next: a blue/green commander that would fit in Lorwyn/Shadowmoor.
Tap three other white creatures you control: Destroy target legendary creature.
Tap ten other white creatures you control: Destroy all creatures target player controls.
"Poor King Charles laid his head on the block,
Down came the axe and in the silence that followed,
the only sound that could be heard was a solitary giggle...
from Oliver Cromwell."
Damn, I actually kind of like how your Pale Man turned out, kudos!
Ok, on with the minigame!
Han Solo, Sabbac Player 2WRR
Legendary Creature - Human Rogue
Once per game, when Han Solo comes into play, each player exiles the top ten cards of their library face down, then without revealing them, looks at and chooses five cards. All players then reveal their chosen cards and totals up the converted mana cost of their revealed cards. Creatures and enchantments are added, while instants and sorceries are subtracted. Players may choose whether artifacts are added or subtracted. The player with the total closest to 0 is the winner. Multiple winners play again until there is only a single winner. All players return the cards exiled with Han Solo to their decks, reshuffle. Then the winner may search their deck for five cards, place them in their hand, and reshuffle.
"How many Corellians does it take to change a glowpanel? None! If the room's dark, you can't see Corellians cheating at sabacc!"
