OK, might as well step up to the plate here and get a bit of organization started early here. Below is a list of confirmed cards for M11 so far, along with the source. Mods feel free to sticky/delete/edit as you so please.

Naturalize is in ROE. would they put it in two sets back to back?

Besides the examples already posted, often these staples get reprinted in expert sets as well as core sets for Limited purposes, when they want that basic staple effect to be available without getting gummed up by set mechanics and such.
I'm incredibly pleased to hear about Mana Leak; the other two were tbe (to be expected, for those of you who don't know).
Mana Leak rumor is unfounded. It was claimed to come from Tom LaPille at Grand Prix DC, though he wasn't actually there at all, so there's no reason to believe it.
It does even make sense that they would reprint it as that would undo all of the weakening of blue they have been doing.
Seriously, WOTC doesn't hate blue and just like they said, very powerful blue cards have, infact, been printed this year. What they don't want, is an annoying lockdown, counter control deck. The problem with Mana Leak is that it's only good in the early game and, therefore, isn't really useful except for starting the so called, wall of bull☺☺☺☺. I think Wizards might be happier with something like the planeswalker control decks people are building now, though. They have ultra cool, flashy cards, cost too much for them to show up in force at FNM or something, and use counterspells as backup, rather than the main course.

Microsoft's latest update for Gleemax was buggy, and resulted in multicolor in every block since Lorwyn.
They wouldn't reprint Mana Leak as mythic..or even rare. Cards sometimes go from Common to Uncommon, but even that doesn't happen that frequently.
Mana Leak is just a situational counter. Especially in today's formats, where there are so many powerful 1 cmc spells(leaking these is never really optimal), Mana Leak would be just fine.
The whole thing was probably just trolling though, since LaPille isn't actually at GPDC.
How about a smaller mana leak, like 2 instead of 3 for 2 mana. kinda like Miscalculation without the cycling. unless they make Cycling evergreen, which i would love. then maybe instead of Fog reprint Angelsong.
Thank you for taking this sort of initiative, but the thread's going to be made redundant very shortly. Another confirmed card or two and we'll start the actual Partial Spoiler.

If you're going to do a thread like this, at least get the sources right. It's Chapin, not Chapman.
And it's not even clear that the Mana Leak rumor is real. TLP is apparently not at GPDC.

Looking for a card alterer that takes commissions specifically on a blank playmat. PM me please.
I bet it is Canyon Minotaur, yet again.

If that happens, ban me for life
I'd just buy a playset for 1.50$ from an older edition. However, a functional reprint has mythic would fetch 100$ easy.
it would be the cheapest mythic ever concerning how many common ones are running around i personally have 40+
