The combine mana collation of the ALL MTG story characters/spells/monsters have got a problem on their hands, they are at war, with a new foe who doesn't use mana, All the combine forces of the dragon Lance universe!
Who will win? this is a battle until the total decimation no one wins until their is only people from their universe left, Both sides have united (both good and evil) to try and destroy the new threat to their way of life!
Timeframe is not relevant. This contest is the entire MTG Multiverse against 1 world.
Even if the Dragonlance Gods get involved they are going to get swarmed over by the entirity the MTG Multiverse.
If it was 1 specific MTG setting like Alara or Mirrodin it might be interesting but the way that the OP has laid it out it is Alara, Mirrodin, Ravnica, Kamigawa etc against Krynn.

Yeah, that is a pretty skewed comparison to make since DL would be the equiv one one mtg "plane" it is pretty unfair to pit it against ALL planes in mtg.

I will always firmly stand by the belief that Magic is a game first and a collectable second.
Ok so some of hte limits, you can ONLY use things written about in the books, and they can ONLY do the things in the books that they did, (that's a good start for bases of comparison) I don't care how awsome card abc is unless it also is awesome in the book no dice. 2) While dragon lance only has 4 planes of exsistance to draw from, it has far MORE books to draw on that have more "high end powerful" things, So I don't think its that unfair, we are talking extremely powerful god class being, having afew million extra foot men never really seemed to be a problem for a guy who can snap his fingers and erase a continent. I still think its a rather fair fight, it is not a lie down and die for either side, having read all the books from both sides.
Teferi Phases out his homeland and parts of the surrounding continent then Barrin Obliterates Tolaria.
Then you have the legacy weapon a couple of books later in Apocalyspe which is designed to kill Gods.
MTG has more God level beings, just in the books, and a massive manpower advantage. Krynn is doomed. And this is coming from some one who is a Dragonlance fan.

Since it's pretty clear MTG would win, I would like to play devil's advocate.
In various supplemental books and materials, it's established that Krynn exists as a part of the wider Dungeons and Dragons multiverse. For example, in Baldur's Gate 2, you run into some Solamnic knights who got lost while plane hopping.
It's also established that in the timeline where Raistlin destroys the pantheon, he destroys everything. The remaining scholars indicate that, as an evil being, he cannot create anything, and that by destroying everything, he has doomed himself to existing forever alone in a void where no spark of creation exists.
Since we've established that plane hopping is possible in Krynn, I see no other way to interpret things other than Raistlin destroyed everything in the multiverse. That means The Forgotten Realms setting, Sigil, all of them.
Not sure if I would say this means Krynn wins, but it does show that the setting is also capable of making up MTG level earth shattering kabooms.

You really have to set limits other than *all*.
Excluding him, Dragonlance is outmatched in sheer number if you include all of MTG.
