I actually jump a lot when I'm inebriated. No star jumps, though. Mostly just jumping off of/over things for fun.
As long as you don't hurt yourself
...I assume no one wants to try doing multiple star jumps in a row (without staying on the floor for more than one second between jumps)?
[Ayu and Yomako may be exempt from doing this - we don't want you hurting yourselves... OK, we don't want DQ hurting herself either, but she should get to the level of doing this eventually.]

Basically, start with your feet together, get your feet apart while in the air, and land with your feet together. This drawing shows what it should look like in the air.
As I said earlier, back when I made the drawing, I actually intended for it to be "easy" to do; I actually thought most people could do this. (Some real-life friends I showed this to were also surprised when I told them there were some people who can't do this.)
I can't do the splits, but sure, that would be cool.
Of course, the (other) next level is to do multiple star jumps in a row (without staying on the floor for more than one second between jumps). That would require landing in a standing position, though maybe you can do the splits after the last one.
[Exact number of jumps is up to you; if you can do at least three in a row, that's good by my standards.]
(And the next level after that, is to do this synchronized with a friend. Yes, you need to find a friend who can also do multiple star jumps in a row.)
I won't do that to you, ever!
