Feel free to ask me anything (I reserve the right not to answer any question of my choosing, but I would not expect it to happen to often) or discuss anything with me about any topic.
Fun fact: I consider myself an exceptional cook and have had my application accepted by MasterChef and will be having an audition later this year in Decemeber for Season 4. Wish me luck!
Why do you think rianalnn shouldn't be on the staff?
1) He has misused his power to get his own agenda's across. (Closing down the Gutter for example)
2) He's shown that he cannot follow forum rules. There are documented cases of this.
3) He is overzealous in his modding of the site. There is documented cases of this as well.
4) I personally do not see this man with good people skills or having good leadership skills. I find both of these to be key in being a Mod or Admin of any site.
Okay, hey Void.
Not to detract from Aroura's topic, but what got you into magic?
It would be interesting to know things such as:
When did you start?
What's your favorite format?
What is your favorite card?
And anything else you'd like to add I suppose...

I orginally started playing Pokemon back in 1999 when I was a Junior in High School. After graduation I stopped playing for a while and then found a local card shop that still had Pokemon merchandise. While there one day a YuGiOh player came to me and asked if I played. Shortly afterwards I started playing YuGiOh and stopped playing Pokemon. I played YuGiOh for about 2 years when I a friends introduce me to Magic in Mirrodin Block. I've been playing off and on since. I use to play professional, but that stopped when I could no longer afford to keep up with the current Type 2 meta/cards. I now play casual Magic when I have free time.
Favorite format has been and always will be Vinitage. Deck of choice is The Perfect Storm.
Favorite cards is Time Stop and Icy Manipulator. I collect both of them for fun. I have a total of 128 Time Stop's (35 foil) and 200+ Icy Manipulator's (100+ foil).

I'll start with the big one here:
How did you jump start from being a "newbie" mafia player to being an experienced one? It feels like you deserve the award for most improved.
I haven't seen too much of you Moderator powers at use, but I have frequented the Help Desks recently and judging by there I would say doing a good job.
How did you jump start from being a "newbie" mafia player to being an experienced one? It feels like you deserve the award for most improved.
Not to sure about being most improved, but thanks for the compliment!
Since I play from work I tend to have a lot of free time on my hands. Like Iso, I also work Security and have a computer that I sit by all shift (8 - 12 hours a day 5 days a week if not more). Because of this I have been able to join games at a pace that I comfortable with. At first I was only 2 games at a time, but recently I have been in 5 on going games at one time.
The more games/players you play in/with the more experienced you will become. I wouldn't even call myself good at Mafia at this point. My best performance by far was Basic #61 Ghost Story as I am sure you know well.
Goku will always win in this battle. He is the only Saiyan that is capable of reaching Super Saiyan 4 (SSj4) without help. Vegeta needed Bulma's help. Even then it was not permenant and Vegeta never reached SSj4 again.
Yay kitties! You're... allergic? Well, some people I know who were allergic to cats got over that allergy by... staying around a cat for a while! (It seems to work!)
Also, one thing that kinda confused me (based on how you replied to these statements somewhat ambiguously in the TPAM thread)... are you actually able to do straddle jumps?
Aurora and her jumping.... One day someone will jump on you!!! If someone already hasn't jumped on you... Or maybe the cats jump on you all the time... Wahaha...

It's my big sexy black cat that gets me the worst. I call him big since he weighs nearly 25 pounds.

I'm 6'3" and weigh near 260 pounds. I don't think I can do much of anything in the way of exercise.
Ah, okay. If you can start with your feet close together, get your feet about 3' apart while in the air, and land with your feet together, that's already fine by my standards.
Another thing I was wondering... any particular reason why you use Invisible mode?

I actually did this when I was younger for Wrestling back in High School. It's not easy, but I will try it again.
You've done jumps like that before? Cool.
(I should redirect all this discussion to my thread, because it just seems like I'm spreading this topic all over the place...)
And OK, if that's necessary for Mafia, then it makes sense.

Post whatever you like her Aurora. Doesn't bother me at all.
And OK, if that's necessary for Mafia, then it makes sense.
It's not that it is necessary, but it does get annoying. I went invisiable during StarCraft Mafia (my 7th game I believe) and never turned it off. I now have 19 completed games, in under a year, on this site.

I don't like to ask questions like those, I always disliked knowing people's opinions.
As my dad would say:
The problem when you ask someone for their opinion is they give it to you.

I'm sure there are others that would agree with you on this as well. I agree that dropping this here would be best.

Are you referring to the animal or the chocholate delicacy? Or something else? The question is a little to generic.
Do you have an opinion of me as a mod ?
Do you have an opinion of me as a mafia player?
Will you let us know if you're on MC? For some reason I love those gordon ramsay shows.

I don't. Didn't even know they had made some...
I haven't seen too much of you Moderator powers at use, but I have frequented the Help Desks recently and judging by there I would say doing a good job.
You're definently a newb.
Seriously though, give it time and you will improve.
Of course! I wouldn't make an annoucement like that unless I had the intention to do so.

Are you owned by any cats? (Or, if not cats, do you have any pets?)
And another question, what types of music do you prefer? I ask because your contributions to the Song Title Word Association thread are quite varied.

Vegeta or Goku?
I currently have 3 cats. One gray and black Tabi, 18 years old, and two other cats that are brothers (I don't konw their type), 4 years of age.
BTW, I'm allergic to cats.
I listen to whatever I like. That ranges across all music types. I mostly listen to Counrty/Rock/Oldies type of music.

Yes, I do.
A small list: XXX Holic, Claymore, High School of the Dead, ChoBits, Dragonaught (sp?).
I only recently started watching more. I have my wife to thank for this. (It's a good thing :D)
...I shouldn't pester you on the topic of doing these jumps, should I?

Mafia. I got tired of players trying to track my movements around the Forum and claiming "Void is scum for posting else where and not in this game!"
