As the crew begins to search the battlefield they soon notice an unknown figure who jumps out in front of them. Before them stands a short, but slender man in some rugged clothes and a cowboy hat that has seen better days. The crew isn't able to make much from the man's appearance other than the rather big bag he is carrying with him. Without notice the man speaks
Dante: Howdy group. I saw your battle with the monstrosity over there was rather impressed by all of you. I was sent here to assist you all in any and all medical issues. The stash on my back carries the medical supplies needed for any situation.
After weaving through a series of alleyways, the crew eventually find themselves in a section of the city that has for the most part fallen by the wayside and is free of prying eyes. The handsome gentleman from the cafe stands before the group in the middle of a clearing. He's dressed in a dark leather trench coat which is left open to reveal his white dress shirt, black slacks, patent-leather shoes, overcoat, and necktie. The man casually runs a hand through his perfectly coiffed black hair before addressing the group.
Handsome Gentleman: "I certainly understand your desire to mete out some 'justice' to our dear Mr. Vig, but our client is paying us handsomely for that very privilege. As far as the local authorities are concerned, I doubt they would compensate us for our efforts. Or let us walk away without awkward questions."
Suddenly the area is blanketed in darkness: a flying vessel resembling a bird of prey and stretching roughly 400 feet in length casts its shadow over the abandoned neighborhood. And just as sudden, a pillar of brilliant light the size of a marble column descends from the craft and makes contact mere feet from where the man is standing. The lens of his eyeglasses glow dramatically next to the current of energy.
"Pardon my delayed introduction: Lord Alistair Grey, captain of this fine vessel and your new employer. Welcome to GreyCorps®! Please step into the portal and present your credentials."
Grey steps into the pillar of light then briefly lifts his lapel to reveal his medallion.
Grey: "Provided you haven't dropped them."
The emblem gleams momentarily, then Grey vanishes with a smirk.
Dante walks up to glowing light, but stops mere feet from light. He looks up, then down, then side to side. He's thinking what might be coming next and what he may need in the near future for survival. After a quick minute Dante steps into the light and presents his badge by looking upward into the light. The badge he keeps is on the front of his hat.
Dante thinking to himself: I can't help but think that I know this light from somewhere... And don't recall the light I saw coming from this vessel...
(It should be noted that I had forgot to check the thread lately since I had been busy, but seems like I am just in time to board the vessel, so here goes)
Ghaal, finding the other parts of the crew capable, shows his emblem and gets beamed up as well.
Ghaal: Sorry for the late introduction, but I got sort of lost in the city while checking out herbs (and spying on you, but that is another matter entirely). On the plus side, I have gotten enough herbs to make a plethora of potions. So give me a shout if you need anything. But as a start here is a refreshing cup of herbal tea for you all.

The crew and the bound fugitive find themselves standing in the center of the vessel's deck: a sprawling circular compartment capable of accommodating close to twenty personnel. On the port side of the room sits a long bench that follows the curvature of the wall. This station acts as communication hub for the ship: it features a variety of tubular receptacles used to send and receive written messages. An arcane post-office of sorts. In addition to that feature, it also contains a vocal intercommunication system that can carry a speaker's voice to any or all compartments on the ship.
On the starboard side sits the navigator's station which consists of a dizzying assortment of gauges that measure altitude, speed, atmospheric pressure, and other essential readings. But the crown jewel of that station is the glowing tangible 9-axis interplanar model used to navigate the multiverse. Each specialized work station features a comfortable leather-bound chair. An assortment of other similar furnishings form an elegant ring around the deck's circumference. The ship's helm sits atop a slightly raised central platform which features a sizable steering wheel carved of a dark polished wood. On the same platform and several feet behind the helm sits the luxurious captain's chair with matching ottoman. It is the perfect spot to take in the grand view provided by the deck's panoramic dual-paned window (but the sight is still magnificent from any seat).
Lord Grey takes his prized seat and props his feet. He steals a moment to sample the aroma of Ghaal's freshly brewed offering before resuming command:
Grey: "Most appreciated, Ghaal! Your timing is impeccable. If I'm not mistaken, everyone is present, accounted for, and have been given their assignments? Set course for Aranzhur posthaste! We don't want to keep our client waiting."
Ghaal starts unpacking his things in the alchemy lab and then uses the internal communication system.
Ghaal: So what are our next assignment? I would like to know in advance since it takes time to brew potions and poisons. As the saying goes: If you fail to prepare, you prepare to fail.
He then leans back in the comfortable leather chair and makes a sly grin revealing his fangs. "This is going to be enjoyable", he thinks. Then proceeds to start drinking his tea.

:the man looks around with a very curious yet calm look on his face. He nears the tray of tea and sniffs above it. Cocking his head he calls up to the gentleman:
Where is the lab I'll be working out of?
:turning back to the rest of the crew, he straightens himself out and says:
I think maybe official introductions are in order?
Ghaal thinks a bit about Digi's suggestion and decides it would not hurt to introduce himself.
Ghaal: Well, I am here as an alchemist, my combat potential is not very high so I will mostly be on the sidelines. However due to my knowledge about poisons I can act as an assassin in case we need people to die due to "natural causes". It should be noted that I am a vampire, so I might want a "donation" every now and then. Also, I am rather new to all this planeswalking, so I am mostly here to polish my skills, since it seems safer to be a part of a well-equipped group rather than wandering around on my own.

Hi! I'm Tree! I said I'd help...
But I can't remember what I said I'd do. I suspect it was something security related. Or maybe I said I'd be in charge of lighting things on fire. It maybe it was hunting for game for us to eat... shrugs
It might come back to me. It might not.
She turns to Ghaal. "Uh... you say you'll be needing donations? My blood has apparently cured vampires before. Whether that's what you want or not, I'm not sure."
Grey: "The coordinates should be highlighted on that map at Mystery's station. REARVIEW!"
Grey makes a quick sweeping gesture with his free hand. Upon doing so the righthand window panel appears to "flip" 180º. This brings into view a sizable squadron of avian legionaries and firemane angels who are approaching from the rear. Their fiery halberds promise to punish any whom their wielders deem a threat to law and order.
"I'm afraid the introductions will have to wait. At the moment, eluding our misguided pursuers would be most prudent. Let's take flight, ladies and gentlemen!"
Mystery raised her hand, speaking quickly, "I'm Mystery, daughter of Void the No One and sister of Chance the Anyone. You don't know them. I'm from the Blind Eternities. I'm cursed to never know what I'm gonna get."
She mused for a moment, "I'm going to be your navigator. While I'm not a planeswalker, I can planeswalker... Kinda."
