Let me explain the deck.
Tarmogoyf is the best card in the format. Period. So what's the best way to keep him alive? Regeneration. He never dies. Period. Think about it. MTG is basically a game of resources. You convert lands to mana, mana to nonland permanents, in order to kill them. So, basically you can drop all of your stuff on turn 1. It makes you come out faster, and you have an insane curve. I've seen some crazy plays such as:
Turn 1: Herbal Poultice
Turn 2: Herbal Poultice x3
Turn 3: Herbal Poultice x5
The sideboard is simple. You side in March for the mirror match, and squire for the finkel matchup.
I've been testing on MWS, and it has never lost. As soon as its obvious what I'm doing, my opponent scoops.
Edit: Sorry mods, I meant to put this in competitive.
I propose that anyone offended by their commentary about Richie ("Good riddance that he is dead", ect.) NEVER credit these artists on custom cards where their art is used.
My cards will all have ComboFTW as the artist from now on.
serious laughter right here.
Add 200 islands and a battle of wits
(My work here is done)
You need to give the herbal poultice stronger power and toughness otherwise march of machines actually kills them. So add an Academy ruins to your deck to get a good solid lock on your opponent.
Also that above deck probably costs more then any deck I have EVER brought to a standard tournament...
Guys, calm down. Yes, this deck is obviously very powerful, but it hasn't been proven in a tournament setting yet, and it isn't optimized. For one thing, I'd run one Squire maindeck in addition to the one in the board, as an extra out against Assault-Swans, this deck's worst matchup. Also, I don't think you've considered how good the hybrid dual lands are. I'd run 2x Graven Cairns main for sure.

I recently won a limited fnm with a strategy like this. My deck was:
12 Poultice
10 Exiled Boggart
1 Foil Poultice
Swamps
Needless to say, it got me into the finals. It was amazing.
Game one, played some boggarts, played some poultices.
I had some more poultices in hand though, because I was pretty sure he had spring cleaning. So he starts to attack with a firebelly changeling, and I block. He says, "discard a card." I say no. He inquires why, and I show him, yelling "C-c-COMBO! My herbal poultices are practically cantripping!" To which he replied, "I think I'm tripping!"
Game two I played herbal poultice... foil. He conceded.

This deck is trying to go too many different ways. Pick one route and stick with it.
First off, your Tarmogoyf is going to quickly accel into a 1/2. There's no reason to sideboard Islands when you have such a consistent threat like that mainboard. I suggest switching out the Islands for 9x Boggart Hoodlums and 1 more March of the Machines.
I think this deck has a place in Extended. Possibly Legacy.
omg wtf omg wtf omg wtf omg wtf omg wtf omfg wtf is that... ok i am a realy big noob and i am not that stupid... worst deck ever. you have only ten lands and they are all in the side bourd and are not the right color to play anything but march of the machines omfg you got to be kiding me. just go home!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

this is the best deck that's swinging around you're such a noob go away , go back home, oneoneone!
I dunno.... I still think you need some Sculpting Steel in the sb... as well as some MD Tolaria West to tutor up your foil Hungarian copy of Poultice... And LMK how further testing goes, i might wanna proxy this up myself.

*fixed*
And dont be bashing MotM... without that card, this deck would totally roll over to Lark and RG Ramp post-board. Im not sure if we need all 10 islands though, i'm sure 4-6 would do just fine.

See that big 0 in the upper right hand corner of Herbal Poultice? That means this deck needs 0 lands to play all of its spells. RTFC.
And to head off your next question at the pass, the islands are only there to feign Cancel/Cryptic Command, which you can do by holding a Herbal Poultice in hand, forcing opponents to never play spells. Remember when Standstill broke Legacy? It's back in pog zero-mana form!
have fun very useful when peeking at your opponents, so you'll know if they're running opposing threats that would make you lose the game, but oh wait, It might be overkill, cause herbal poutices are enough.

i believe thats "Back seat Modding", *tsk tsk*...

Walls of a house out of bricks or of wood.
My walls are made out of magic alone,
Stronger than any that ever have stood
No, backseat modding would be saying "Hey guys this is stupid, lock this thread "
I just said it as a general statement, and you sir, made me resserect this thread, shame on you.

-4 goyf
+4 Herbal Poultice
This deck is just plain too good for goyf. Goyf bows in the presence of Poultice.
