Have you given your Magic cards any unusual nicknames? Sure, there are the more well-known ones like Bob, Kai, Tiago, and Tim, but what about some lesser known ones like Roseanne? Or Bocephus?
I tell you nicknames make Magic much more fun. I'll never forget the look of bewilderment on my opponent's face when I told them that Hilary Duff was entering the fray (look at the face) and bringing along her pet rabbit. Ms. Duff added an extra moment of mirth to an otherwise routine match.
So, what kind of wacky names do you have for cards? Share them here and bring both enlightenment and snickers to your Magic community.
At my LGS, they call Stoneforge Mystic, cheating whore (as in she cheats things into play) and they call the Sword of Body and Mind, the sword of wolf and mill.
i thought it was pretty clever.
my friends have a list of cards that they have or corrupted in some humorous way...and they tend to use those names when referring to those cards. examples being: pornithopter, unduress, Dr. Oculus, bacon of immortality, and other less appropriate names. lol
Always got us in trouble playtesting around family.

The older members of our playgroup have no creativity. They just replace similar sounding syllables with the word 'sex'. They just like sneaking in a dirty joke whenever they can.
i.e.
"Seximundar"
"Sexial"
"Fappicate"
and stuff like that.
I usually give my cards nicknames based on references to various things, like Sixten's MTG comic...

I call Sword Body and Mind "Sword of Mutts and Mill." Sword of Fire and Ice is "Sword of Shock and Draw" but when combined with Sword of Feast and Famine, the two become the Swords of Time and Walk (when you're untapping and drawing a card, who cares about that other stuff?)
