Don arrives at the route and releases Duskull. "Hey partner I want you to find a wild pokemon for me. I'll be following." He says to his partner who begins floating away. Don follows Duskull.

Zavier runs to Route 206, Absol following close behind. He then scouts out to see if he can see Pokemon, telling his Absol, "Are ya ready buddy!?" Absol then lets out a little bark, signaling that it's ready.

It's time to get out of the desert and into the sun.
Torey walked onto the dark, grassy road that was Route 205, Onix at his side. There were quite a few trainers there, and he nodded and smiled at them as he ran passed them, looking for Pokemon for Onix to train on. He heard a rumbling, which hadn't been too loud up until now, get louder. He turned in the direction the noise was coming from, and stopped.
Hmm... weird... what might that be?
He looked in the distance...
What the...? That's a herd of Tauros! Why is it coming this way? Oh well... there's lots of people here... they can take care of it.
"Apparently...but I guess you learn to love them, or at least deal with them." Tony said as the other trainer set his eevee back down. "Grandpa said that the "cute" ones were the hardest to take seriously...maybe that's why he never liked Mom's pokémon ideals. not that impor-"
A sudden rumbling came from a far direction, making Tony instinctively look to the sky.
"Weird...no clouds at all. What's causing that thunder?" As he spun around, he finally saw it...Tauros, stampeding, and they didn't seem intent on stopping for anything.
"Hey, whatever your name is, call back your eevee and get to higher ground. We've got incoming!" Tony scrambled to one of the ledges near the road and waited, hoping he was out of the way.

Damian watched the Tauros stampeed. "This isn't good. Think we could catch one?" He watched them charge together. "Probably not a good idea...unless one leaves the herd. Let's get out of the way Rotom, Come on Lance. Lets get outa here." He says as he tries to move out of the way of the stampeeding Tauros
"Hmm. I wonder where that's coming from, don't you, Cy?" Terry said. He wandered back out towards the main path to see lots of Tauros stampeding towards town. Idly, he wondered if they were planning stop anytime time soon, but then realized that this was a perfect opportunity for training.
"Cy, get above the Tauros and use quick attack on one of the front runners! See if you can confuse him enough to veer off!"
What?! Look at the initial post; he is dead. Deceased. Kaputt. Indefinitely horizontal. In mafia games, you see, people are occasionally "killed off," and when that sad event occurs, he or she is no longer allowed to post, on account of rigor mortis and what-have-you.
'Welcome to Mafia Salvation', it said, 'Population: 3,660.' And someone, they never figured out who, had painted on the sign in red letters: '1,831 to lynch.'
"Apparently you don't quite grasp my personality yet!" Lance shouts with vigor. "Oh yeah, this will be good." He turns to Shadow, giving him a little bit of advice. "Sorry guy, but you can neither train nor prank with them, you can't touch them. That also means you're safe rom the stampede. I, however......" A wide grin appeared accross his face. "Am going right into it!"
Lancelot began running towards the stampede head-on. He was going to jump one and ride it by the horns!
"Huh...that's weird," Wraith mused, looking at the stampede, along with some of the fools treating it like a game. He picked his Eevee up by the scruff of its neck, and calmly climbed up to where the other trainer had scrambled.
"Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. That and who in thier right mind would gather so many Tauros in one area? I've heard of the running of the bulls, but this is rediculous."
However, there seemed to be quite a crowd of trainers, as well as a nice variety of pokémon. Tony grabbed his pokédex from his pocket and started silently pointing it at what was there to see, including the eevee that had suddenly decided to start trying to wriggle out of its trainer's grasp. He also made sure he hit at least 1 tauros, those bulls were supposed to be pretty rare.
"Sorry I haven't been able to introduce myself, the name's Tony." He was scanning the area and saw the grass that his charmander had mown down, leaving a very interesting pattern. "Check out the design in the grass that my charmander left...think it means anything?" Quickly, Tony grabbed his cell phone and snapped a picture of the pattern, then snapped another picture of the Tauros as they ran by.
"I'll probably send these to Grandpa, see if they mean anything...he's no Professor Oak, but he does know a lot when it comes to Pokémon..."

"So busy out here. Everywhere, really." Malcolm spoke to Bram in soft tones, unsure of how to conduct himself around his new partner since the tragic occurance that brought them together.
As they'd left town to do some training, Bram had awoken. At the sight of wavering grass and rolling hills, the cubone had become excited at the prospect of a battle. Cubones were full of pride and eager to prove themselves to anyone who might watch - trainers, fellow cubones, even other pokémon they might otherwise be afraid of in another environment. Bram was no exception, literally leaping out of Malcolm's arms and brandishing his bone club.
"Bone bone!" he called, leading Malcolm to a patch of unoccupied grass some ways from the other trainers and their revelry. "Cubone-bone."
"Hehe, I know, little guy," Malcolm said with a smile. "We're here to train, and hopefully to make some friends. Be careful, though. You're young. Let's sit patiently and see if any pokémon are running around in the tall grass, eh?"
"Cubone," Bram says, apparently grinning through his skull helmet.
(Sorry about the time change guys. Just ignore me lol.)

Finding a soft patch of grass, Malcolm sat down and watched Bram play around in his surroundings. The little cubone was happy to be able to stretch his legs, so to speak, and his new guardian was happy to afford him the opportunity.
Absently, Malcolm took out a small leather-bound journal and pen and began to scribble his notes.
"Bram seems to be dealing with the passing of his mother as well as can be expected. We've been together for a day and a half now and he's already warmed up to me, either out of necessity or a genuine affection. I hope it's the latter, personally.
"His manner is a playful one. He seems to have a very stubborn nature, tempered with a good humor and love of friendly competition. Given the usual morose attitude of young cubones, this is highly encouraging. I think that I must have come along at the right time; Bram had just lost his only link to this world, as had I a year earlier, and it seems like some kind of fate brought us to each other in the desert that night. I can take pride in saying that I will protect him, no matter the cost, as he is a strong link to the hidden world of pokémon that we as humans rarely see...and he has openly given me his friendship. I am elated."
Suddenly, Bram made an excited noise and ran up to Malcolm. "Cubone bone! Cuuu!"
He was pointing toward a pack of Tauros coming their way. Malcolm put his journal away and stood up, watching them go by. "Well this is a stellar opportunity. Want to try and catch one, Bram?"
In response, Bram jumped up happily and waved his bone club in the air. "Cubone!"
"Alright then. Let's see...how to get their attention..."
Cy's attack on the Tauros didn't seem to do much. The Tauros were running wild, scared, and weren't paying attention to just one pokemon. It's lucky Cy got away without being trampled.
Lance's idea didn't seem to be a good one. They were coming rather fast, and he was going to be hurt.
As the bulls got closer, everyone saw what Cy saw. These bulls were freaked.
The Tauros started to close in on the city. There was a roaring klaxon, and people started moving into houses. There would be destruction, that's for sure.
Malcolm scooped up Bram and headed for safe ground, all the while watching over his shoulder to see if anything followed the stampede. Anything that might explain this strange phenomenon.
Alex comes running up, avoiding the herd by a large berth as he does so, Hector at his side. He sees the man with the Cubone, and runs over, "Hey, what's the deal here???"
"I, uh...I don't know," Malcolm replies with a bit of a shake in his voice. "From what I can tell, those Tauros are running from something. Full speed, no less."
"Malcolm Keys," the dark-haired man said, nodding politely. "I agree, we could follow the trail the Tauros' took and maybe find something out. That okay with you, Bram?"
Don arrives at the route and releases Duskull. "Hey partner I want you to find a wild pokemon for me. I'll be following." He says to his partner who begins floating away. Don follows Duskull.

"Let's go, then."
