Falthor closes in on Bil, moving in behind the cockatrice that was obviously somehow holding the man's attention. As he drew closer he pulled out one of his daggers and hurled it at the cockatrice. It passed through the summon like water and continued straight on toward's Bil's chest.
As the spines pierced Nal's flesh, it was enough to revive the Dwarf such that he managed to roll off of Corvus and avoid the dagger. He didn't move much farther than that, the two poisons in his system finally putting his lights out. The torsyr's claws were able to rip into Dav's chest some before it's head was smashed by the now bleeding Dwarf. He stayed on his back trying to stop some of his bleeding, his metal bones the only thing that saved his life. Falthor's dagger passed through the cockatrice causing a disruption to its mesmeric powers giving Bil enough time to have the dagger lodge itself in his shoulder instead of his heart. His arm went limp dropping his own weapon.
**The slime shot smashed Dav in the face, but Yack dismisses the hoard of miniature Torsyrs that would have then begun tearing into the dwarf. He also chitters for Adjack to stop before the landshark finishes trying to bite the prone dwarf's head off in a returning strike.**
After the group tied up the three Dwarves with some rope from Barrow's pack and moved them inside of the cave, he went about making sure they wouldn't die.
Barrow - Okay your friend with the hole in his chest is going to be fine. I've bandaged him up and he'll heal. Your other friend's going to be fine as well, although he's going to hurt all over for while. You however aren't as lucky. You won't be so good with a knife anymore, that is unless an actual healer looks at your shoulder. Now, I'll promise you that you'll see a healer and that you'll see the inside of a cell. Falthor will handle that business personally. But whether or not you'll get your arm back hinges on you helping us get my village back soon.
**Cassie, Yack, and the various animals keep watch, choosing to let the others handle the interrogation. The harpy looks back at the trio and then up towards Yack.**
Cassie - "Can I eat them later papa?" Yack - "Unknown."
**Antoninus smiled, pleased by this dwarf's lack of dedication.**
Antoninus - "Everything."

Bil - There are three more Dwarves and a dozen Humans inside the village. The Humans are all grunts, only good when they outnumber whoever their picking on. The three Dwarves are all stronger than us but not by much. They're all likely drunk by now. The bosses won't be back until later and we all wanted to blow off some steam.
**Antoninus looked around at the others questioningly.**
Antoninus - "We gonna trust him then? If we are, ain't any sense wastin' more time here; we should move."

Bil - I've got no reason to lie. Either you succeed, in which case I'm locked up with my pals, or you fail, in which case Wrak and Khurk will kill us for being drunk on the job and getting captured. We don't much care for them anyways.
Falthor- Everything they've said matches up with what they were saying before they knew we were here. I'm inclined to take their word. Would the rest of your group all be in the tavern?
Bil - That's where they were when we left. They're probably getting a last round in before they have to get back to their posts. But a lot of the Humans probably won't be in there. Too scared to get drunk if there's even a slight chance that they'll get caught.
Falthor hunkered down next to Bil and his friends, bringing him eye to eye with the bound men.
Falthor- Anything you can tell us about their patrols and postings will make our job that much easier. If we come out on top here, you get to leave. If your garrish friends manage to be beat us... well...
Falthor winced, his sharp elven features emphasizing the expression.
Bil - I remember seeing four Humans guarding this side of the village due to it being the side closest to Sylvan. I believe the rest are supposed to be spread around the outside of the village to keep anyone from getting in or leaving. As far as the other Dwarves go, if they aren't still in the tavern, they'll likely be in the middle of the village ready to go where needed if something were to happen. So, unless you can get inside without getting noticed, you'll likely be overrun in a matter of moments.
Laghairt - What about your bosses, the two Garr. Anything you know about them would likely give us an important edge in the fight.
Bil - They are very excellent fighters but not warriors. Wrak is like Dav here but different. I'd say he's forged some connection with fire itself. And Khurk can summon a set of armor that makes him seem invincible in a duel. If you're going to fight them tonight, you'd better be at the top of your game or else you're not going to do much against the two.
Barrow - I had a way for us to get back inside the village through my tavern, but hearing how they've spread out and that those Dwarves are probably inside of it, I'm not sure what we should do. Falthor, you said something about locking the Dwarves in place? If you could manage that, then we could just take care of the Humans with little difficulty.
Falthor- This blade can hide me completely from view, but not if I intend harm. If those dwarves are still in the tavern I might be able to barricade them inside to buy time with the humans.
The cockatrice just keeps staring at Bil.
A song echoes from deep within the cavern, it's mournful tones sapping at the dwarves' spirits.**
