**Beneath the city of Epicrin sits the most advanced and well cared for sewers in the eastern world.

Which is much akin to saying "That stab wound was the fastest, least infected stab wound anyone ever gave me."

Anyone that finds themselves down here has probably made some very poor choices in life, the most recent being to enter sewers.**
