Dr. Smalls - Indeed. Although I must say I didn't expect anyone to clear the fence in a single go! I might be able to do something about your clothes.. hmm...
Smalls studies the Ogafta while a stout man in a violet-dyed leather garb emerges from one of the tents and walks towards the group. He also wears a sigil, that of the mages. A third figure rapidly crawls out from beneath the wagon. This latter man's mud-colored robe, dark gloves and hood/mud-colored scarf obscure his body as he continues crawling towards the altar as though he were some kind of running gecko.
Gecko Wannabe - Plum can handle the healing, I need to replace the snakes. The crawling man's raspy voice suits him.
Mr. Plum- Indeed I can! Are you still covered in ants? I should deal with that first.
Dr. Smalls - Mr. Plum, I think we still have some extra clothes from the Komodo? We could probably clean off Mr.. Smalls looks towards Laghairt
"Well, I guess let's go read that other note." He then half jumps and half climbs the wall with claws like a cat climbing a tree, and pauses at the top. He stays up there looking around. He then makes a shaded eye and chucks it around to get a better view. "There is a pool of water down this way with an arrow pointing into it." He finds the pool of water, dismisses his eye and heads over there. Seeing the arrow, he casts another eye and puts it into the pool reading the words for him. He relays the words to Laz so he wouldn't need to bob around. At that Kage jumped into the water, grabbed the flag, went to the fence, cawed, knocked, waved the flag, returned it to the bottom, and then entered the camp having avoided the mud. Seeing the group ahead he approached. "Greetings." He said to the group.
Laghairt - Laghairt the Monitor and this is Gigan the Monitor, my brother Totem animal. Although I've no more ants on me, I would very much appreciate a chance to rid myself of this mud and possibly a change of clothes, even if it's only a temporary loan... Wait, Dr. Smalls, did you say Komodo?
Laghairt wondered what this man had in mind for him.
Inpressed, Laz follows Kage through the test and into the camp. He had to take a running start and kick his way up the wall. Not being very athletic it took some time. Then he had to do his best through the snakes and mud till he caught up. "You are just full of surprises." Laz states
While Kage was climbing and Laz was passing the test in what would have been a tale for the ages (unfortunately no one was watching)...
Dr. Smalls - An Ogafta I worked with during the redscale expedition. Alas, he went off ahead of the group and tried to wrestle a dragon.. a true shame, he was a good man. In anycase, he was always ready to help his kindred, I'm sure he'd have been fine with you borrowing his spare clothes while we cleaned yours.
Mr.Plum - Oh yes, he was a very nice man. As for you wounds Mr. Laghairt, I can at least apply the antitoxin to your wounds. Then Dr. Smalls can speed up the healing with his body magic and Tratorius can use his plant magics to help as well.
As though in response to his question, Wannabe Gecko Man pulls out a jar of blood and pours some of it onto the altar while chanting in some ancient tongue. The altar hisses with steam as ghostly snakes wrap around WGM. The snakes vanish as suddenly as they appeared in angry disapproval.
Dr.Smalls - That's chicken blood by the way. We acquired the altar from some a group of murderous cannibals. I normal try to work with natives I come across but the Nash-De-Glut were... a nasty sort. We're currently using it to create the mud, snakes, ants, and fences.
Golan headed to Elexia to buy Smokescreen, but he would be back soon. He may or may not have brought Allona with him, depending on what MrPoppins decides when he gets back from his cigarette.

Hearing of the fate of this Ogofta Komodo, Laghairt silently thanked the man for the loan of clothes and wished he and his brother good rest.
Laghairt - Mr. Plum was it? I only need some for my shins, for it seems that the ants thought that they were made of the finest, sweetest lamb shanks and attempted to devour them as such.
The Ogofta rolled his pants legs up to his knees, revealing that the front of his lower legs was swollen to be point of resembling the calf muscles on the other side, except for the missing bits here and there of course.

Olus was enjoying Laghairt's display with silent chuckles. And Pharaoh outright panda laughed when Gigan made his eye slapping display. "My wounds are minor but I would still appreciate any aid you could give." He addressed the whole group now, smiling widely. "My name is Olus the Panda, and my little friend here is Pharaoh. We are glad to meet you all and look forward to a grand adventure!
Gigan, not one to let himself be ignored when complements were being given, ran over and climbed on top of Pharaoh's head. The monitor lizard then stood on his hind legs and tried his best to make a cute face.
**A nadrask with silver hair and clothing approached the gates, a book in his face. Once outside he stuffed it in the satchel he wore across his back and headed for the flag he;d seen mention of in the flyers he'd come across.**

Mr. Plum carefully applies the balm to Laghairt's shins.
Mr. Plum - It certainty appears that way Laghairt! Dr. Smalls and Tratorius will handle the rest.
The squat man begins helping Olus with his wounds as Dr. Smalls double casts heal on Laghairt's shins. Wannabe Ge... Tratorious starts moving towards the group, apparently deciding to actually walk this time.
Dr. Smalls - As for the quest, I.. wait a moment. Smalls takes out the bone monocle and looks through it. It seems there are three more individuals reading the sign out front. Perhaps I should wait for them to enter the camp as well? In the meantime you are welcome to help yourselves to some dinner.
Dr. Smalls motions towards the crystalline pot at the campfire. There are some ceramic bowls and spoons within reach of it.
Mr. Plum -Should I wake Miss Wydberg? It is her stew.
....just saw what Ryot would have to do to get onto this quest and there is no way this character would be willing to do all this just to get on a quest. Sorry.
**Ryot read the note, decided it really wasn't worth it, and walked back into the city.**

Golan climbed over the wall and leapt into the mud, unafraid of venomous creatures. Standing now in slop, with an arrow pointing in both directions, he began to reconsider the wisdom of this decision.
"I am searching for wisdom. But does that mean I should participate in this literal search for wisdom?"
Not expecting much, golan proceeded to the left, putting his tender shoulder to the outer wall.

Christov and Yoko stroll out the gates on there way to Elexia. The vampire seems mildly interested in an odd looking human climbing over a wall, but moves on.
Golan's body makes short work of the poison, his burning skin warding away the ants and making any snake that bites him regret it. Many, many snakes regret it.
Should the peacekeeper press on he sees two piles of ants consuming various foodstuffs along with a few snakes stuffed with some small animal or another.. Between the two piles of food and ants are two piles of rocks, and between the rocks is a 3' long pool of water of unknown depth (the water's width is from fence to fence). An etched downward arrow on both fences points towards the water.
