Everyone needs to start somewhere, and for many spellcasters, that beginning is at the Mage's Academy. The school is in the eastern portions of Epicrin, among the artists and poets, architects and metalworkers. The building's walls are made of thick, sturdy wood, supporting a wide dome of bronze and iron. Teachers and students can be found wandering the campus, from adept children to relaxing elders sharing their knowledge.
The Epicrin chapter of the Fraternity of Mages, its doors are open to any members needing shelter or food, or those interested in teaching a class.
A drunk Strigoy stumbled into the mage's fraternity with a cigarette dangling from his lips. He looked around for someone important looking only to find that almost everyone seemed better dressed than he. Instead he shambled over to whatever reception area existed and waited to be addressed.
"Okay. Our perp has some experimental enchanted armor which, according to our source, amplifies not only magic, but the wearers traits as well. I know for a fact his Strength is amplified somehow, and the armors enchantment seems to fit. Would such a hypothetical armor amplify spells cast on the wearer? Such as Strengthen, or Soothe?"
