A few years ago, when Elexia was going through a particularly turbulent time there was an incident in the docks district that led to a large section of supports collapsing into the sodden ground below. The result of this incident have yet to be rectified.
An area containing almost a dozen warehouses is completely collapsed into the mud and water below. Some of these warehouses are surprisingly in tact and often inhabited by those wanting to keep themselves hidden. Others are completely submerged or reduced to rubble.
Next to a cracked section of dock that hung over a mass of black water sat a garr with a shaved head wearing a leather vest with an anchor tattoo on his shoulder.
Dreck - "Blew up the elder's house back on Nadra trying to figure out how lamps work. Pretty quickly moved on to just figuring out how the explosions worked after that."
Dreck - "And what, you need some charges set? I could jury-rig something up sure. But if I'm going against both of them then that's hazard pay, and my name stays out of it. Deal?
Dreck - "I've got blasting powder; can salvage the rest to make something crude but effective enough. You reimburse me for my materials in addition to the pay and get me into the bookstore unnoticed, and I'll bring the thing down.
**Dreck shrugged, pulling out a King Kurrian and giving it a sniff.**
Dreck - "Sure, fine. I'm gone then."
**With that, the nadrask started off towards meet up spot. He knew where the Page Turner was; figured it shouldn't be hard to find the ****hole two streets south.**

Dreck - "Where do I find you afterwards?"
