Kincaid was able to find the same false name on this ledger as the previous. This one came with a proper address, a small manor in the northeast of Sylvan.
Though not speaking to anyone, he might have noticed Cassandra running her hands along numerous volumes of books. She was searching for any items she could find penned by anyone with the name 'Valerian', figuring the only complete piece of information on the scrap of paper would be the best place to start.
**Heinrich would find no one on either side of the shops, both were empty save for their proprietors. If he noticed anyone else, it would be Cassandra. And to the noblewoman's luck, after browsing for a short while she had come across a very well kept tome entitled: **

**Baudelaire looked up from what he was reading, eyes narrowing at the book Cassandra had indicated.**
Baudelaire - Hollis, is it? Hmph, wish I did. He was a bit of an eccentric but damned brilliant. You won't find many who have a copy of that, let alone anything else of his... Why the interest, if you don't mind me asking?

Cassandra- I found reference to one of his other works and I was looking to see if I could find a copy. The title is something like 'The Emblem of the Thirteen'.
**At the mention of that name, Baudelaire's eyebrows about cleared his forehead straight to his hairline. Abruptly the elegant man stood up from behind his counter and walked around to the front where Cassandra was standing, and then proceeded to disappear for a moment. The well-dressed gentleman returned a short while later, only he returned with the dark handsome Taskmage who ran the spell shop.**
Baudelaire - Aye, girl. This is Deshwitat, proprietor of the Eternal Fire. Repeat what you just said to me, if you would please.
Cassandra sighed. She hadn't been made to repeat herself since she was a young girl, and she didn't much appreciate it.
Cassandra- I found reference to a volume by Valerian Hollis called 'The Emblem of Thirteen' or something similar. From his reaction I assume I was right to look into it.
**The two shop owners were oblivious to Cassandra's peevish reaction, however they both listened to her with rapt attention, but the book lovers were strangely gushing at each other, apparently too overcome with enthusiasm; so much that Baudelaire seemed too stunned for further conversation.**
Desh - Clever girl, yes... So, it does exist! This is quite a discovery. This is one of the rarest books in existence, and was only a rumor until now. But that erudite bastard actually wrote a book about the Thirteen. The title of which, is actually, "The Embers of the Thirteen". Now, this reference, how did you come into it? I must know if I'm to help you locate it.
Cassandra- I interrupted a man who was in the middle of pressing his luck with a young woman. She accidentally snatched a scrap of paper from him. Do you think this second part could be referencing its location?
The noblewoman pulled out the note and handed it over to Deshwitat, pointing out the last few obscured words.

Heinrich quickly opened one of the books near him and leafed through it briefly before hastily exiting the shop. He moved to where he could not easily be seen from inside of the building.

**With that, she started out, but not immediately to the memorized location. First stop was to the supply shop. A few tools were in order.**
