In between an apartment building and a pub, the scientists of the Hydrofuge research both the power of water pressure and efficient use of space. Puddles abound.

Eizen enters the Hydrofuge with Gerr. After helping the greel unload a very large pile of coal into the little machinist's room Eizen walks towards the largest collection of skilled-looking machinists and asks his question.

Eizen - Could any of you disarm a bomb under time pressure? An advanced machine made with multiple rubies and the like.

The nearest group of skilled looking machinists was three steps away to the left. The second nearest was four steps away to the right. To reach the nearest group, Eizen and Gerr had to step single file over altogether too many pipes, one of which must have been leaking, and avoid knocking over at least three pitchers filled with god knows what absurd liquid.

One of the machinists moved his goggles off his eyes over his head, and squinted at Eizen.

"A bomb? What time pressure are we talking about here?"

Eizen - The sort where the bomb is ticking and you have no idea how much time is left. **Eizen calmly pulls out a small metal device with a crystal embedded at its center fitted with two switches.** We found this trigger on the man trying to set it off.

Gerr oogles the crystals one last time, wanting to keep it even if it explodes, but let's Eizen hand it over.

The man takes the switch and examines the trigger.

"Interesting. Seems simple enough. I think I know someone who could disassemble this quickly. But you have no idea how much time is left?"

Eizen - It is currently in magical stasis but when returned to the here and now it will start ticking again and I do not know how much time was left when I froze it. The would-be criminal jumped on a horse and tried to ride away with great fear so I suspect it isn't very long.

"Hmm. Doesn't sound good. My advice is to do just what your criminal tried. Get on a Boat, moving very quickly, chuck it in the ocean, hope the yield is low enough and the time is great enough. Let me know how it works out for you."

"maybe it can come in handy someday E". Gerr said to his friend

Eizen - I suppose it would come in handy some day.

Eizen politely takes the trigger back before turning to leave.

Eizen - Say Gerr, I will be buying a spell in Greevan. Do you have any business there?

"i haven't seen Jacques in a while, he helped me make my crossbows all pretty" Gerr said

Eizen - Well, I guess we see if it is possible to stop by his place then. I recall some sort of issue going on in Greeven?

Eizen, not knowing anything about Jacques being holed up in the city, leads Gerr out of the place before anyone can educate them on the matter.

Yoko walked in with an investigational look apun his face.

**Upon searching the perimeter, they caught sight of a green rock whose color unnaturally matched the color of the packages they'd gotten.**

Yoko collected the green rock and examined it. He also send his speedy hawk to find david and Christov with a note saying "Its Here, Hydrofuge"

**Picking up the rock they saw a metal box buried in the earth beneath it.**

Kuein sniffed the box as Yoko grasped and opened the said box

"Woa!" Yoko jumped "That was freaky fast!" Yoko became for a nummy sub for some random reason...

**It was a golden amulet studded with small shards of some crystal.**

**It had the scent of the man they were looking for.**

Amaya wondered in with inventions on her mind. After a few hours she emerges with two new items.

Krackens Grasp - A near twin to Durzo's Grip, except it holds an advanced Thermal Activator and Hyperthermal Hand. It does not work with Ethereal Augments yet.

SheathPopper - Made with some minor edits from the Steampopper, this add on to any sheathe connects to the Steam pack giving the inside of the sheath pressure as the steampopper would have. Designed to launch one handed blades, hilt first, at a target for a blunt small to medium ranged strike. It can also help greatly with blade draw speed, allowing the wielder to draw and cut one smooth, blindingly fast movement. Activated by a trigger located near the top of the sheath.

If these are approved for invention she moves on.
