"Well I won't stand around waiting for your brother to come back. You won't mind if I give the kitchen another look?" Without waiting for an answer he disappears back into the house. He walks back into the kitchen and proceeds to go through every cupboard and drawer, and the icebox, looking for anything that might point to the reason for the abduction, or anything out of the ordinary at all. He also made note of any other rooms leading off of this one.

He heads back outside. "We shall have to wait for your brother to complete his task."

He was getting impatient with waiting on Sam to get back "Well our subject being an earth mage lends be to believe that the stone spike may have been his doing, perhaps his defensive response to the intruders. I think I'll continue to look around while we wait." He walks back inside and attempts to pull the spike from the wall and see if anything else can be learned from it or the hole that it made. He then went and examined the overturned chair, and proceeded to look through the books that had been knocked off of the shelf, and looked at the shelf itself for any clues.

Seeing the incident in his mind, he had a vague idea of how the abduction had occurred but he still couldn't figure out why, or who. He went back to the smudge on the doorway and tried to pick out some of the green fibers to see if he could figure out what they were.

He pocketed the Fibers and headed back outside only to find that Dean was nowhere to be seen. Tired of waiting and a bit irritated he set off for the church himself.
