The thief turned out and left the back room, closing the door quietly behind him. Not having things go entirely his way was no reason to throw a tantrum, after all. He left Slightly's and headed for the north gate.
The egg glowed orange in his eyes. If he was going off the value based on the artistry and value of the stones then the thing was likely worth around 100 gold. But the Orange glow told him he should probably have it identified.
