**A grand new building in the Northwest, infused with both parts Beaux-Arts and Old Country architecture. When the old Hyperion gained such an ill-reputation, the stern new mistress who purchased the property, the Lady Moneta, decided it was time for a change of scenery. A circular stage, with stadium seating rising out from the musician's place. Three private balconies are raised to the center and either side. This is the most original and best performing theatre in the East. Moneta's productions are strongly considered the very best, and are seen by both noble and peasant alike. Currently performing, The Swordsman’s Tragedy.**
Feyrus stumbles through the door to the theatre. "Hello?, Ah there you are, well you are dressed very well how very nice to meet you young lady, you must be Lady Moneta!" he says to a nearby curtain.
**The place was empty for the most part, most of the actors having finished rehearsals for the day. Feyrus' delusions were interrupted by the actual Moneta, who was standing by the front stage. Not one for nonsense, she clapped her hands loudly.**
Feyrus
Startled by the sound behind him, Feyrus jumped a little and looked around suspiciously. "Ah, there you are, what kind of person goes around hiding from old men!?!" he asked incredulously, but he continued talking without giving her a chance to respond. "But, never mind that my dear" he said waiving his hand dismissively "I heard you had a faerie problem, and being a powerful wizard I decided to offer my services!"
**When Feyrus looked around to face Moneta, he would find that the mistress of the Hyperion was very easy on the eyes: she was a woman no older than thirty, with a mane of flowing raven locks which matched the color of her gown and fell to her shoulders in lazy curls; and although she looked at him sternly with eyes more akin to crystalline blue gems than any he'd ever seen, she was still absolutely stunning.**
Moneta - Hmph. You are a bit, touched, aren't you? No, don't answer. You will do. But it is not a question of destruction, we need the Fey to leave peaceably. In other words, you must come to an agreement with them. Can you agree to these conditions?
**When she finished, she arched a questioning eyebrow at Feyrus, as if she didn't believe he could.**
Feyrus
"Don't worry dear" he said giving her a kindly smile "You don't want to get wrinkles like mine on your pretty face. Show me to the area, and old Feyrus will help you."
**Moneta's face twitched into a small smile, somehow the warm demeanor of the old coot softening her edges.**
Moneta - I'm not worried about them, it's for your own protection. Remember, you should strictly adhere to this, do not try to browbeat them with direct violence, or else I fear you won't live to regret it. Bargaining with them is tricky, but not impossible, and you shall have assistance. Now If you are ready, please follow me.
**Motioning for Feyrus' compliance, she lead him up on stage and through to the back of the theatre, where the inner workings of the productions went on. A number of costume racks could be seen, and dressing areas for the actors. Moneta lead him up some stairs to the rafters, and to what he could only guess was the buildings attic. A dusty old platform that looked down onto the stage, it was filled with cobwebs and a number of ropes that surely were used for props. Stopping at the top of the stairs, she pointed him towards a peculiar wooden prop door that seemed to be standing straight up with no surrounding walls. If it opened, it couldn't possibly lead to anywhere.**
Feyrus
"Oh I wouldn't dream of getting myself killed or it would be a nightmare!" He said lightly, as he followed her up the stairs. "Through there then my dear?" he asked, starting forward as if walking through the door seemed like a perfectly logical idea.
**And down the rabbit hole he went. Once through, Moneta watched as the wooden door that had been there a moment before simply disappeared. Lingering for a few moments, she finally turned and went back down to the main theatre.**
To live is to hope, and while we breathe, we hope and live.
Go ahead and run, you'll only die tired.
Those who might never meet are pooled together
Moneta - . . . Excuse me, may I help you?
To live is to hope, and while we breathe, we hope and live.
