**A fléa-market and bazaar of goods that stretches a rather tame alley of the southwest, it is presided over by a trio of Strigoy refugees, Zelda, Chrissena, and Gabrielli. Sections of the space are rented out to any individual who can afford it, and you can find a few greel, small fey, and demons hawking their wares and bargaining prices in a frenzied cacophony of sound in all different languages. In short, it is a veritable mad house.**

Theron ducked his way under a particularly low hanging awning as he browsed the wares of a greel who looked a little fey, the little woman seemed to have quite the assortment of musical chimes and glittering jewels. Resisting the urge to try pocketing some of the wares to fund his endeavors, Theron set about the reason he was here. He had to find Quag's place.
Theron picked out a silver chain from which hung an almost luminous yellow crystal.
Theron- Could you save this for me? I'll come back later.
Theron placed the necklace down near the woman and moved on, weaving between the stalls an making his way into the alley. As soon as he hit a slightly darker patch of shadow, he sank into it and seemed to melt away. He pressed forward, taking in everything he could about the area.
Theron came to the end of the alley and saw the building he was looking for on his right. There was no wall surrounding the well kept home, but it was just as nice as one might expect a noble to live in. The brick mansion had two rough looking guards at the front door having a conversation. They didn't seem extremely attentive. Theron did notice a nice line of hedges close by that lined all the way to the back of the house.
Theron pushed closer to the talking guards, trying to get close enough to eavesdrop without leaving the comfort of the shadows. He was also careful not to touch the hedge around the building, lest its rustling alert them to his presence.
guard 1 - "you really think he'll sell the thing? He loves that damn painting."
guard 2 - "Hell if I know... I know those auction people are saying it's worth a lot... I wouldn't be surprised if he put it up for auction just to figure the value and then skimp out."
guard 1 - "Can you even do that?"
guard 2 - "Those proper types aren't going to do anything about it... Not to Quag."
Theron moved a little further away from the guards, trying to get a good look at the building itself. He was looking for doors, windows and any other means of entrance into the building. He also made a point of using his keen sight to scan for structural weaknesses.
There were several windows on the side of the house, he couldn't see the back yet. The house itself seemed fairly structurally sound, but looking at the way the weight was distributed on the large wooden porch, he could tell today destroying one cracked beam on the back right of it would start a chain reaction, bringing the whole thing down.
Theron made a mental note of the cracked beam as he attempted to circle round the building, looking for a rear entrance. He pushed through the hedging if necessary, pulling his cloak in tight around him to protect him from any incidental scratches.
Reaching the rear of the building, he saw another door at the rear, this time guarded by a man that appeared to be trying to stay awake. There was a balcony on the second floor. He also noticed what appeared to be a guest house a bit further back on the property.
Theron pulled a fake gold coin from his pocket, and rolled it slowly towards the guard. When it came to a rest Theron cast glare, making the false coin eye-catching.
After waiting a few minutes for the guard to actually look in that direction, Theron was rewarded with the man striding forward with a smile on his face.
His steps deadened by magical boots and his appearance hidden with shadows and magic, Theron did his best to slip behind the guard. When the man bent down to secure the coin, Theron would slam the butt of his crossbow into the back of the man's head.
Theron dragged the man back to his post, propping him up to give the impression that he had fallen asleep at his post. That done, the witness headed in the direction of the guest house.
The guest house was large enough to house a family, yet it seemed to be vacant. From what he could see there didn't seem to be any activity in the house.
Nodding to himself, Theron let his vision fade to normal as he tried the door knob. If he found it locked, the thief slipped out a set of lockpicks and tried to finesse open the lock.
The door was locked, but after only a few moments, Theron's practiced hands produced an audible click and he was free to enter. From the porch he could see a large common room that had stairs leading up, and a doorway on two sides of the room. The room was sparsely decorated but what was there seemed nice enough.
Theron did not intend to stay long, it was unlikely he would find what he was looking for in an unguarded guest house. Still, the possibility of a good physical bluff was strong enough he had to investigate. Switching his vision to pick up on structural weaknesses, Theron went through the rooms in the guest house, looking over the walls and floors. Any hidden panels or installed safes would hopefully be revealed by the stress they put on the surrounding areas.
Theron didn't find anything until he got to the pantry in the kitchen. He almost didn't catch it but in the back of the small room the wall sat differently, putting stress on a single point in the floor.
Theron ran his hands along the patch of the floor, first checking to see if there was anything hidden beneath the floorboard. Failing that, he ran his hands along the wall, looking for signs that it might be shifted.

To live is to hope, and while we breathe, we hope and live.
If Theron was served properly by his memory, the address should be on the other side of the market through an alley.
Go ahead and run, you'll only die tired.
